Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed for adaptive jammer detection. In example aspects, the apparatus includes at least one communication processor and wireless circuitry. The at least one communication processor is configured to determine a performance indication corresponding to a received signal. The at least one communication processor is also configured to adjust a jammer detection threshold based on the performance indication to produce an adjusted jammer detection threshold. The wireless circuitry is coupled to the at least one communication processor and includes a jammer detector. The jammer detector is configured to detect a first jamming signal based on the jammer detection threshold and to detect a second jamming signal based on the adjusted jammer detection threshold.
