    Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable storage medium for resolving state mismatch between a dual subscriber identity module (SIM) dual standby (DSDS)UE and a network are provided. An example method may include receiving, from at least one base station, a connected mode discontinuous reception (DRX) (CDRX) configuration and an idle DRX (IDRX) configuration, the CDRX configuration being associated with a first subscriber and the IDRX configuration being associated with a second subscriber. The example method may further include transmitting, to an upper layer, a radio resource control (RRC) release request based on the CDRX configuration and the IDRX configuration. The example method may further include transmitting, to an associated base station of the at least one base station, a synchronization message to get in synchronization with the associated base station.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for communication. In an aspect, a communications devices communicates, from an upper communication layer (e.g., application layer) to a lower communication layer (e.g., transport layer), indication(s) to prioritize certain frames (e.g., recovery frames and/or feedback frames) over other frames (e.g., Inter frames) associated with the same QCI bearer for a video streaming session. The lower communication layer may place the prioritized frames ahead of the non-prioritized frames in a lower layer transmission buffer based on the indication. The communications device may transmit one or more packets carrying the first set of frames before one or more packets carrying the second set of frames based on the first set of frames being placed ahead of the second set of frames in the lower layer transmission buffer.

    Abstract: Techniques for optimal interference handling in a multicell environment when conditional cell changeover is configured are disclosed. A user equipment (UE) may receive a conditional changeover command (e.g., conditional handover (CHO), conditional primary secondary cell (PSCell) change CPC)) from a serving cell. The conditional changeover command may include a neighbor cell configuration of a neighbor cell set comprising one or more cells that neighbor the serving cell. The neighbor cell configuration may indicate resource configurations of downlink (DL) resources the neighbor cell set. The UE may utilize the neighbor cell configuration to determine potential interferences due to the resources of the serving cell colliding with the resources of the neighbor cell set, and take mitigation steps to address the potential interferences.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-readable media, for implementing a dual registration mode and a dual receive mode using a single radio for wireless communications. A UE may determine that a wireless communication network supports the dual registration mode and dynamic spectrum sharing (DSS). The UE may establish a first connection with a first base station using a first radio access technology (RAT) of the wireless communication network. The UE may determine, based on one or more parameters associated with the DSS, that a second RAT of the wireless communication network has a second operating frequency band that overlaps a first operating frequency band of the first RAT. The UE may establish, via the second operating frequency band, a second connection with a second base station using the second RAT based on the dual registration mode and the DSS.
