    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for a partially network-controlled repeater. A method for wireless communications by a repeater includes receiving downlink control information (DCI) from a network entity via a backhaul link, the DCI indicating a time period for beam management. The method includes performing a beam management procedure with a user equipment (UE) during the time period. The method includes determining a beam for communicating with the UE based on the beam management procedure. The method includes communicating with the UE using the beam.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for differential measurement reporting for lower-layer triggered mobility (LTM). An example method, performed at a wireless node, generally includes measuring reference signals (RSs), wherein each of the RSs is associated with a cell and a beam, generating, based on the measuring, a report that indicates RS measurements associated with different cells, wherein the report indicates: one or more absolute values of one or more of the RS measurements and one or more differential values for other RS measurements, wherein each of the differential values represents a difference in value of one of the other RS measurements relative to one of the one or more absolute values, and outputting the report for transmission.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for configuring a user equipment (UE) to communicate with a network entity based on a selected antenna panel reported to a network entity. An example method generally includes transmitting, to a network entity, a report including information associated with an antenna panel selected for communications between the user equipment and the network entity; selecting a starting time and a wait time to apply a configuration associated with the selected antenna panel; activating an update timer based on the starting time and the wait time; and communicating with the network entity based on the configuration associated with the selected antenna panel after expiry of the update timer.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a base station, a capability value set list identifying one or more capability sets. The UE may receive a feedback message indicating whether the base station successfully received the CSI report and whether to retransmit information identifying the capability set identifier.     Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure are directed to a user equipment (UE) configured for detecting phase coherence failure in coherent joint transmissions (CJTs) from multiple wireless nodes (e.g., transmission/reception points (TRPs) and/or base stations). In some examples, the UE is configured to obtain signaling from a plurality of wireless nodes, the signaling including a first signal from a first wireless node of the plurality of wireless nodes and a second signal from a second wireless node of the plurality of wireless nodes. The UE is also configured to estimate a phase difference between the first signal and the second signal. In some examples, the UE is configured to output, for transmission to at least one of the first wireless node or the second wireless node, an indication of the estimated phase difference.
