Abstract: Provided is an information processing device comprising: a processing unit that dynamically sets an area in a portion of the surroundings of a first terminal including the position of the first terminal on the basis of a state of a moving body mounting the first terminal and the position of the first terminal and determines entry of a second terminal into or approach of the second terminal to the area; and a communication unit that transmits, to the second terminal, a signal for causing the second terminal to issue an alarm in response to the entry or the approach.

Abstract: The present application: receives positioning data from each of a plurality of positioning terminals that have received positioning signals transmitted from a plurality of satellites; uses the received positioning data to detect, for each satellite, the difference between the positioning signal reception quality at a first positioning terminal and the positioning signal reception quality at at least one second positioning terminal; and uses the difference for each satellite to determine a satellite to be used for positioning computation for the first positioning terminal.

Abstract: Even in a crowded situation in which multiple pedestrians and vehicles gather, it possible to sufficiently suppress pedestrian-vehicle communication between a pedestrian terminal device and a vehicle-mounted terminal device, and to reduce communication congestion due to an increase in traffic in pedestrian-vehicle communication. Pedestrian information transmitted from another pedestrian terminal device which exists in the vicinity of the pedestrian terminal device is received to the pedestrian-vehicle communication, the location information of the pedestrian terminal device is acquired in a positioning acquirer, and it is determined whether or not a pedestrian who carries the pedestrian terminal device is located on the inside of a pedestrian group based on location information of the pedestrian terminal device and location information of the other pedestrian terminal device included in the pedestrian information and in a case where the pedestrian is located on the inside of the pedestrian group in the controller, the pedestrian-vehicle communication is stopped.
