Abstract: An electronic device 100 according to one embodiment includes: a panel 101; vibrators 102 that vibrates the panel 101; and a vibration controller 109 that controls the vibrators 102 so that when positions of the panel 101 are simultaneously touched by the user, a vibration at a first touch position of the touch positions is greater than a vibration of a second touch position of the touch positions. The vibrators 102 include a first and a second vibrator 102. Where a distance between first touch position and the first vibrator 102 is equal to a distance between second touch position and the first vibrator 102, a transfer characteristic of vibration of the panel 101 between the first vibrator 102 and the first touch position is different from a transfer characteristic of vibration of the panel 101 between the first vibrator 102 and the second touch position.

The electronic device according to one exemplary embodiment includes: a touch panel on which a user touches; touch detector that detects the touch of the user on the touch panel; vibrator that vibrates the touch panel; driver that drives the vibrator with a first drive signal within a first frequency band and a second drive signal within a second frequency band higher than the first frequency band; vibration detector that detects a vibration of the touch panel that vibrates due to a drive with the second drive signal and outputs a detection signal; and drive frequency determinator that determines a frequency of the first drive signal based on the detection signal.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a sound collection device that collects a sound while suppressing noise. Abstract: A sound pickup device for picking up a target sound includes: a first input interface that inputs image data generated by a camera; a second input interface that inputs an audio signal output from a microphone array; a controller that determines a sound pickup direction in which the target sound is picked up, based on the image data and the audio signal; and an output interface that outputs information to be presented to the user. The controller determines whether an image indicated by the input image data and an audio sound indicated by the input audio signal are in a predetermined state. When determining that the image and the audio sound are in the predetermined state, the controller causes the output interface to output an instruction to the user, and inputs additional image data and an additional audio signal after the instruction is output, to determine the sound pickup direction.

Abstract: A signal detection device includes a measurer, an arithmetic operation unit, and signal period detector, and detects information such as a cardiac cycle with high accuracy by causing resonance of only a signal such as a heartbeat, the signal having strong pulse characteristics. The measurer measures a signal. The arithmetic operation unit performs nonlinear arithmetic operation processing for amplifying a pulse-like component of the signal measured by the measurer and suppressing a component other than the pulse-like component of the signal measured by the measurer. The signal period detector detects a periodic signal from an output of the arithmetic operation unit.
