    Abstract: An illumination system includes a plurality of lighting fixtures, a plurality of slave devices, and an information communication terminal. Each of the plurality of slave devices includes: first wireless communication circuitry configured to receive, from each of the plurality of lighting fixtures, a signal including a MAC address of the lighting fixture, and to measure a received signal strength indication (RSSI) of the signal received; and a first controller that causes the first wireless communication circuitry to transmit the MAC address and RSSI information indicating the RSSI measured. The information communication terminal includes a second controller that makes associations between positions and MAC addresses of the plurality of lighting fixtures based on the RSSI information and position information stored in a storage.

    Abstract: An illumination device includes a light source, a device body to which the light source is mounted, and an optical member configured to control light distribution of light emitted from the light source. The light source includes LEDs arranged in a matrix form or a linear form. The optical member includes a lens portion configured to control light distribution of the LEDs on a row-by-row basis. The lens portion includes a recessed incidence portion on which the light emitted from the LEDs is incident, an elongated emission portion opposite to the incidence portion, and a pair of reflection portions which interconnects the incidence portion and the emission portion along a longitudinal direction thereof and totally reflects the light incident from the incidence portion. The emission portion is formed to have a plurality of successive convex surfaces when seen in a cross section taken along the longitudinal direction thereof.

    Abstract: An optical lens includes: a first lens surface which defines a space for housing a light emitting diode (LED) light source; a second lens surface formed in a convex shape; and a third lens surface formed continuously from a rear edge portion of the second lens surface, which is on a side opposite an illumination target side. The first lens surface includes a first light-entering surface through which a portion of light from the LED light source enters, and a second light-entering surface through which another portion of the light enters. The third lens surface totally reflects, to a substrate, at least a portion of the light. An angle between the third lens surface and a principal surface of the substrate on a virtual plane which includes an optical axis is smaller than an angle between the second light-entering surface and the principal surface on the virtual plane.
