In a method for providing information, menu items included in menu information regarding a second restaurant indicated by a store identifier are arranged in order according to taste information regarding a user on the basis of the taste information and the menu information, the menu information being obtained, over a network before the store identifier is obtained from a terminal apparatus, from a server associated with the second restaurant indicated by the store identifier. Menu information regarding the menu items arranged in the order is transmitted to the terminal apparatus and displayed on a display screen of the terminal apparatus.

A method includes acquiring, based on a restaurant ID, menu information indicating dishes provided by a restaurant corresponding to the restaurant ID from a second server related to the restaurant via a network, transmitting identification information stored in an information terminal to a first server, acquiring allergy information related to a user from a first server based on the identification information, generating, based on the menu information and the allergy information, a personalized menu arranged for the user so as to include allergen-free or allergen-controlled dishes according to the allergy information, displaying the personalized menu for accepting an order of a dish in the restaurant, the second operation screen being displayed on a display of the information terminal of the user, and transmitting ordered-dish information representing the dish selected from the personalized menu and a seat ID to the second server.

A method according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes the steps of: acquiring a play list including identification information indicating each of a plurality of elementary streams; selecting an elementary stream indicated by predetermined identification information from the acquired play list; acquiring a difference file including data that is not included in the selected elementary stream; and converting the selected elementary stream into an MP4 file format by combining data included in the difference file and data included in the selected elementary stream based on a manifest file corresponding to the selected elementary stream, the manifest file being necessary for the conversion of a file format based on a predetermined rule.
