    Abstract: A power storage device includes an electrode group, a case having an opening, and a sealing body. The sealing body includes an annular sealing plate, a terminal cap, and an insulating gasket. The sealing plate includes a first wall portion with a tubular shape and a flange portion extending from one end of the first wall portion outward in a radial direction of the first wall portion. The terminal cap includes a cover portion with a plate shape and a crimp portion connected with a periphery of the cover portion. The cover portion closes an opening of the first wall portion surrounded by another end of the first wall portion. The gasket includes a second wall portion with a tubular shape facing an outer peripheral surface of the first wall portion and an annular base disposed between the cover portion and the another end of the first wall portion. The crimp portion includes a third wall portion with a tubular shape surrounding at least a part of the second wall portion. The third wall portion compress the second wall portion. A peripheral portion of the sealing plate is joined to an opening end portion of the case.

    Abstract: A battery block includes assembled batteries that are arranged in parallel to each other, and the plurality of assembled batteries are each formed of a plurality of batteries as a unit. Each of the batteries has a positive-electrode terminal and a negative-electrode terminal on one end portion of the battery. The assembled battery includes: the plurality of batteries which are arranged in a row with one end portions of the batteries directed in the same direction; an insulation holder which is arranged on one end portion side of the batteries and holds the batteries; and a positive-electrode bus bar and a negative-electrode bus bar arranged on one end portions of the batteries. The positive-electrode bus bar and the negative-electrode bus bar are respectively held by holding portions which are formed on the insulation holder along a row direction and in parallel to each other.

    Abstract: A power storage device includes a first electrode having a first current collector, a second electrode having a second current collector, and a separator interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first electrode, the second electrode, and the separator constitute a wound body having a columnar shape. The power storage device further includes a case having a cylindrical bottomed shape for accommodating the wound body, and a current collection plate electrically connected to the first electrode and the case. The first electrode has an overlapping region overlapping the current collection plate when viewed from a case axial direction and a non-overlapping region not overlapping the current collection plate when viewed from the axial direction. The first electrode and the current collection plate are electrically connected to each other in the overlapping region. The first current collector is provided in at least a part of the non-overlapping region, and has a contact part in contact with the case bottom.

    Abstract: A battery includes: a case including a cylindrical part, a bottom part that closes one end part of the cylindrical part, and an opening edge part continuous with the other end part of the cylindrical part; an electrode assembly housed in the cylindrical part; and a sealing body fixed to the opening edge so as to seal an opening of the opening edge part, in which the sealing body including a sealing plate made of a first metal and a terminal member made of a second metal different from the first metal and held by the sealing plate is used. The sealing plate includes a fixing part to which the terminal member is fixed, a peripheral edge part in an annular shape located at a peripheral edge, and a thin part formed between the fixing part and the peripheral edge part. The fixing part includes a protrusion part protruding from an outer surface of the sealing plate, and the protrusion part is bent inward such that a part of the terminal member is sandwiched between the fixing part and the protrusion part.

    Abstract: An electricity storage device includes: an electrode group including first and second electrodes; a case accommodating the electrode group therein, the case having an opening provided therein; and a sealing body covering the opening of the case. The case includes a tubular part, a curved part connected to one end of the tubular part, and a bottom part closing another end of the tubular part. The curved part includes an opening rim, a crimp part connected to the opening rim, and a groove part connected to the crimp part, the crimp part being located outward from the opening rim along a radial direction of the tubular part, the groove part being recessed to protrude inward in the radial direction of the tubular part and having an annular shape. The sealing body includes: a sealing plate having conductivity; and a gasket having electric insulation, the gasket being compressed between the sealing plate and a portion of the crimp part facing the groove part and between the sealing plate and an inner surface of the groove part. The case is electrically connected to the first electrode. The sealing plate is electrically connected to the second electrode. The opening rim does not contact the gasket.
