Abstract: A staying state analysis device measuring a stay frequency of moving objects in a target area and generating a heat map visualizing a state of distribution of the stay frequency includes: a position information sorter sorting pieces of position information of the moving objects according to a degree of possibility that the pieces of position information may include an error due to a missing part that may be in traffic lines of the moving objects; a missing part position detector detecting a position of the missing part in the traffic lines based on at least two groups of pieces of position information sorted by the sorter; a corrected distribution information generator generating corrected distribution information representing the stay frequency of the moving objects corrected based on a result of detection by the missing part position detector; and a heat map generator generating the heat map based on corrected distribution information.

The background image generator generates the background image by performing image processing for reducing discriminability of the moving object appearing in the captured image on the captured image.

Abstract: A monitoring device is provided that includes a process condition setter that sets a target area on the monitored moving image according to a user's operation input. The device includes a stay information acquirer that observes a staying situation of a moving object appearing on the monitored moving image, and acquires stay information indicating the staying situation of the moving object. The device also includes a sub-image generator that generates the sub-image, and a sub-image arrangement controller that controls an arrangement position of the sub-image on the monitored moving image based on the acquired stay information. The device further includes an output controller that generates the monitoring moving image in which the sub-image is composed on the monitored moving image based on the arrangement position of the sub-image determined by the sub-image arrangement controller, and outputs the monitoring moving image on a display.

Abstract: There is provided a collation device capable of capturing a face image suitable for collation by an imaging device while making a display suitable for collation by a display to a person in the front side of a half mirror. By disposing a plurality of displays with predetermined gap in the back side of the half mirror and disposing camera lenses and in this gap, it is possible to make the line of sight for viewing the display and the line of sight for imaging by the cameras be almost the same. As a result, it is possible to capture a face image suitable for collation by an imaging device while making a display suitable for collation by a display to a person in the front side of the half mirror.

Abstract: Provided is an image search system with which, while preserving search precision, it is possible to alleviate transmission volume. A search server acquires from a recorder only low-dimension data which normally has a low data volume. When the density of low-dimension image data within a feature space is greater than or equal to a prescribed threshold value, that is to say, when the number of dimensions for carrying out an inter-image identification with only the low-dimension data is insufficient, the search server acquires from the recorder high-dimension image data for the low-dimension data. Thus, while preserving search precision, it is possible to alleviate data transmission volume of a communication path.

Abstract: An authentication device includes an acquisition unit that acquires first image data generated at a first timing and indicating a first face of a living creature to be authenticated, age information indicating an age of the living creature at the first timing, second image data generated at a second timing later than the first timing and indicating a second face of the living creature, and aging information indicating a time period from the first timing to the second timing, and a controller that compares the first image data with the second image data. The controller calculates a similarity between the first face and the second face based on the first image data and the second image data, corrects the similarity based on the age information and the aging information, and determines, based on the corrected similarity, whether the living creature in the first image data is identical to the living creature in the second image data.
