Abstract:
An endoscope system includes a light source unit that emits first and second narrow band light sequentially, a color filter in which first and second filters having different spectral characteristic are disposed, an image pickup device that receives light passing through the first filter in a first pixel and receives light passing through the second filter in a second pixel, and can set an exposing period and a reading period of an electric signal for each pixel, and a control unit that performs control for causing the first narrow band light to be emitted, causing the first pixels to be exposed, and reading an electric signal from the second pixel in a first period, and causing the second narrow band light to be emitted, causing the second pixel to be exposed, and reading an electric signal from the first pixel in a second period.
Abstract:
An endoscope system includes: a signal processing apparatus that performs processing on an output signal outputted from an endoscope; a detecting section configured to detect a type of the endoscope; a function setting section configured to set a plurality of functions in the endoscope system; an input section configured to input data to the function setting section; an output section configured to output a list of setting states of the plurality of functions to a display section; and a storing section configured to store recommended setting data corresponding to the plurality of functions, wherein the function setting section sets the signal processing apparatus to selected one of the setting corresponding to the type of the endoscope and a setting recommended by the recommended setting data, according to an input from the input section, and sets the plurality of functions according to the type of the endoscope.
Abstract:
An image signal output apparatus includes: a stereoscopic image generation unit that is provided with a first image signal that represents a first image and a second image signal that represents a second image with a parallax relative to the first image and that generates a stereoscopic image signal, wherein the first image is provided from a first image acquisition unit that picks up an image of a subject, and the second image is provided from a second image acquisition unit; a two-dimensional image signal generation unit that generates a two-dimensional image signal based on the first image signal or the second image signal; and a switching unit that can switch, for each of a plurality of output units, which image signal of the stereoscopic image signal and the two-dimensional image signal is supplied to which of the plurality of output units.
