摘要: A fuel container with high fuel barrier properties is provided. The fuel container is a coextrusion blow-molded fuel container having a container body made of a layered structure. The layered structure comprises: a barrier layer made of a barrier resin (A); and an inner layer and an outer layer made of a thermoplastic resin (B) that is different from the barrier resin (A); wherein a ratio (X/Y) of a distance (X) between end portions of the barrier layer at a pinch-off part of the fuel container and an average thickness (Y) of the container body is at least 1/10000 and at most 1/10; and wherein a ratio (Y1/Y) between a total thickness (Y1) of the layers of the container body that are located on the inside with respect to the barrier layer and an average thickness (Y) of the container body is at least 3/10 and at most 7/10.

摘要: The molded component is formed by mixing or laminating a barrier resin (A) having a solubility parameter (calculated from the Fedors' equation) of more than 11 and a thermoplastic resin (B) having a solubility parameter (calculated from the Fedors' equation) of not more than 11. The molded component has excellent gasoline barrier properties and also excellent performance in thermal fusion properties and mechanical strength. The fuel container provided with such a molded component is significantly improved with regard to leakage of fuel from the molded component portion.

The layered structure comprises: a barrier layer made of a barrier resin (A) and an inner layer located on an inner side of the container with respect to the barrier layer, the inner layer being made of a thermoplastic resin (B) that is different from the barrier resin (A); wherein the container has a pinch-off part formed in a process of blow molding of a parison made of the layer structure, and wherein the pinch-off part has a cutting face comprising a cutting face of the barrier layer and a cutting face of the inner layer; and wherein the cutting face of the inner layer is covered by a barrier member made of a barrier material (C) that is the same or different from the barrier resin (A).

C., 75% RH of not more than 5.times.10.sup.12 cc.cm/cm.sup.2.sec.cmHg comprises a polyalcohol obtained by reducing a polyketone comprising a carbon monoxide-ethylene alternate copolymer, the polyalcohol having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.3 to 3.0 dl/g and a melting point of 110.degree. to 180.degree. C.; and a laminated film comprising the same. These films have excellent high-speed bag formability, heat-pack sealability, film formability, film appearance, adhesiveness and gas barrier properties.
