Abstract: A filament winding device includes a fiber bundle retainer that temporarily retains fiber bundles. The fiber bundle retainer includes: a reel member including an outer peripheral portion having pins movable in the axial direction relative to the fiber bundles supplied through fiber bundle guides and rotatable about the axis of the liner, the reel member capable of winding the fiber bundles onto the outer peripheral portion; a first cutting unit configured to cut a part of each of the fiber bundles in the circumferential direction, the part being between a part of the fiber bundle wound on the outer peripheral portion and a part of the fiber bundle wound on the liner; and a second cutting unit different from the first cutting unit and configured to cut a part of each of the fiber bundles in the axial direction, the part being wound on the outer peripheral portion.

Abstract: In a filament winding apparatus, a supplying device supplies fiber bundles to a surface of a core material. A moving part is movable relative to the core material, and rotatable around a rotational axis extending in a vertical direction. A small diameter aligning guide part is placed at the moving part and has an opening portion through which the core material can pass. The small diameter aligning guide part guides fiber bundles to an outer peripheral surface of the core material such that the fiber bundles are arranged side by side in a circumferential direction of the core material. The tightening fiber bobbin supporting part is placed at the moving part and rotates around a center of the opening portion. A winding guide rotates with the tightening fiber bobbin supporting part and guides a tightening fiber bundle drawn from a tightening fiber bobbin toward the surface of the core material.

Abstract: A method of creating a winding data filament winding apparatus includes inputting an initial setting value including a length in a first direction of a core material in a first direction; setting a plurality of points to divide the length of the core material in the first direction; a winding angle setting step of setting a target winding angle that is an angle defined by an axial direction of the core material, and the fiber bundle wound around the core material between two of the plurality of points adjacent to each other in the first direction; and a winding rotational speed calculation step of calculating at least based on an initial setting value to be inputted and the target winding angle to be set, a target winding rotational speed of the winding drive motor between the two points adjacent to each other, respectively.
