An environment control system includes a louver (20a), a motor (21), a temperature sensor (40), a determination unit (53), and a control unit (55). The determination unit (53) determines a position of a person in a particular area on the basis of data of surface temperatures detected by the temperature sensor (40). The control unit (55) controls the motor (21) in such a manner that an angular velocity of the louver (20a) becomes smaller as the position determined by the determination unit (53) is farther from the outlet (18b) when air from an outlet (18b) is blown toward the position.

A refrigerator system capable of reducing decrease in the accuracy of detecting change in a storage state and reducing a communication load for transmitting images of the inside of a storeroom, which are taken at a plurality of viewpoints to the outside of a refrigerator is provided. To achieve this, the refrigerator system includes: a camera configured to take the images of the inside of the storeroom; a camera moving device configured to move the camera at least in the vertical direction; a communication device configured to transmit the images taken by the camera to the outside of a main body; and a change detecting device configured to detect change in a food-item storage state of each shelf based on the images taken by the camera. The camera takes images of each shelf at a first viewpoint and a second viewpoint. The change detecting device detects change in the food-item storage state of the shelf based on the image taken at the first viewpoint. The communication device transmits, for the shelf, change in the food-item storage state of which is detected, both images taken at the first viewpoint and the second viewpoint to the outside of the main body.

A device information acquirer acquires device information of each electrical device of a plurality of electrical devices from a control apparatus. A device information display associates and displays on a screen an identifier, an expected installation location, and a device state for each electrical device based on the device information of each electrical device acquired by the device information acquirer. The device information acquirer acquires from the control apparatus the device state information of an electrical device of interest newly collected by the control apparatus after the electrical device installed at the expected installation location of the electrical device of interest is operated by the user. The device information display explicitly shows on the screen whether the device state of the electrical device has changed due to the operation by the user based on the device state information of the electrical device of interest acquired by the device information acquirer.

A controller executes the first-stage control selected by the selector when the prediction value calculated by the prediction value calculator is greater than a targeted value of the electricity fee.
