Abstract: Provided is a low-cost noise filter having a noise suppression effect that is not reduced even when a resonance frequency changes according to changes in temperature. A noise filter includes: a noise detection unit which detects a common mode noise; a cancellation signal output unit; an injection unit which injects a cancellation signal; and a grounded capacitor. The cancellation signal output unit includes a filter part which generates the cancellation signal from the common mode noise, and an amplification part which amplifies the cancellation signal. A temperature dependence of a product of an inductance value and a capacitance value of a main circuit portion including the noise detection unit, the injection unit, and the grounded capacitor, and a temperature dependence of a product of an inductance value and a capacitance value of the filter part, are equal to each other.

Abstract: An electronic device according to the present invention includes a power supply unit and a load, the power supply unit including a ground terminal, a rectifier circuit, a circuit section connected to a DC output of the rectifier circuit, the circuit section supplying electric power to the load, a first varistor connected at one end thereof to one input end of the rectifier circuit, a second varistor connected at one end thereof to another input end of the rectifier circuit and connected at another end thereof to another end of the first varistor and an arrester connected at one end thereof to the another end of the second varistor and connected at another end thereof to the ground terminal, wherein an electrostatic capacity of each of the first and second varistors is 40% or more of a sum of earth capacitances of the power supply unit and the load.

Abstract: Even when a grounding capacitor is included at either end of a common mode coil, there is noise that flows from a load into a metal frame, and there is a need to restrict an amount of noise propagating to a system power supply. Because of this, a noise loop is formed of a rectifier circuit, an inverter, a first electrical wire that connects a positive polarity side of the rectifier circuit and the inverter, a second electrical wire that connects a negative polarity side of the rectifier circuit and the inverter, a ground wire terminal that can connect a load connected to an output terminal or the inverter, and a conductive plate that connects at least one or the first electrical wire and second electrical wire and the ground wire terminal.

Abstract: A power semiconductor device includes a first polarity-side semiconductor element whose first principal electrode is in contact with a first polarity-side surface electrode on an insulator plate; a second polarity-side semiconductor element whose first principal electrode is in contact with an intermediate surface electrode on the insulator plate; an intermediate conductor connecting the intermediate surface electrode with a second principal electrode of the first polarity-side semiconductor element; a heatsink being in contact with the insulator plate; a sealing resin sealing the first polarity-side semiconductor element, the second polarity-side semiconductor element, the insulator plate, and the intermediate conductor; a second polarity-side terminal of plate-type connected with a second principal electrode of the second polarity-side semiconductor element and extending externally from the scaling resin; and an adjusting electrode mounted and connected to the heatsink so as to have a surface facing the second polarity-side terminal.
