摘要: A driving circuit including: a voltage detector that detects the sum voltage of a positive bias voltage and a negative bias voltage, the negative bias voltage or the positive bias voltage; and a switching element that is connected to the control terminal of a power element and the negative side of a negative-voltage power supply; wherein, when the value of the detection target voltage becomes lower than a voltage setting value or when a voltage between the control terminal and the reference terminal in the power element increases in a state where the value of the detection target voltage is lower than the voltage setting value, the voltage detector turns on the switching element to thereby supply, between the above terminals in the power element, a voltage of 0V or lower.

摘要: Provided is a cooling structure, including: a heat sink to be mounted to a heat generator; and a duct, which is mounted to the heat sink, and is configured to guide an air flow flowing around the heat sink to the heat sink, wherein the heat sink has an air flow passage configured to allow the air flow to pass through the air flow passage, wherein one end side of the duct is to be mounted to an upstream side of the air flow passage, and wherein another end side of the duct is to be extended from an upstream end portion of the air flow passage to an upstream side of the air flow. With this, the flow rate of the air flow passing through the air flow passage of the heat sink can be increased, and the cooling efficiency of the heat sink can be improved.

摘要: A diode rectifier rectifies an AC voltage output from a neutral-grounding three-phase AC power supply to a DC voltage. A smoothing capacitor smoothes the DC voltage rectified by the diode rectifier. An inverter converts the DC voltage smoothed by the smoothing capacitor into a desired AC voltage. A bidirectional switch and a Y capacitor are connected in series between one end of the smoothing capacitor and the ground. A detector detects a voltage across both ends of the smoothing capacitor. A controller drives the bidirectional switch in response to an output of the detector.
