摘要: A binocular has a focusing mechanism and a convergence angle correction mechanism. Focusing is achieved by moving an objective optical system or eyepiece optical system along an optical axis. The convergence angle correction mechanism, which is interlocked with the focusing mechanism, decenters an element of the objective optical system translationally with respect to the optical axis. The translational decentering is achieved by moving the objective optical element in a direction at an angle to the optical axis.

摘要: It is intended to provide a printer which can prevent dust from entering and adhering to a printing medium, thereby avoiding entry of the dust to or near a print head, and can improve print quality. A first cover covers a first paper projection port through which paper as the printing medium is projected when the paper is inside a housing. This can prevent the entry of the dust through the first paper projection port to the housing. Furthermore, the first cover swings about a first engagement portion by pressure of a front end of the paper to cover the paper when the paper is projected through the first paper projection port in the forward feeding motion by the feeding device such as a paper feeding roller.

The thread cutting blade is positioned so that a first amount of thread from the eye of the needle mounted in the head to the thread end held by the holder equals a second amount of thread by which the thread end is drawn to an underside of a cloth in a stitch formed immediately after start of a sewing operation.
