A shading process execution unit (62) executes a shading process on the surface of the object, based on a pseudo-normal vector for each pixel of a texture image to be mapped onto the surface of the object. A shading process execution restraining unit (66) restrains execution of the shading process by the shading process execution unit (62), based on the distance from a viewpoint to the object. A pseudo-normal vector obtaining unit (60) stores information correlating the distance from the viewpoint with pseudo-normal vector information for obtaining a pseudo-normal vector of each pixel. Then, the pseudo-normal vector obtaining unit (60) obtains a pseudo-normal vector of each pixel, based on the pseudo-normal vector information correlated to the distance from the viewpoint to the object.

    摘要: An engine starter that rotates at a rated speed after a ring gear meshs with a pinion slowly characterized by a wide variety of tolerance in manufacturing, and the inclusion of a magnet switch having an auxiliary contact being protected from an adverse effect of metal powder that could generate as a result of friction between contacts occurring during the closing and opening of the main contact. The starter comprises a starter motor, a pinion that moves back and forth relative to an engine ring gear to engage or disengage with the ring gear, when driven by the starter motor, main and auxiliary contacts for driving the starter motor by two different speeds, a resistor connected to the auxiliary contact, a plunger assembly that supports the movable contact points of the main and auxiliary contacts and shuttles between the non-working and working positions of the movable contact points, a switch coil causing the plunger assembly to move to put the main and auxiliary contacts in and out of contact, and a starter switch including a driving mechanism causing the pinion to advance toward and recede from the ring gear.

    摘要: An engine starter includes a starter switch having a plunger assembly movable between non-operating operating positions. When the plunger assembly is at the non-operating position, a gap between main stationary and movable contacts is smaller than the sum of a gap between a pinion and an engine ring gear and the most-widely opened variable gap, which is defined between a drive mechanism and a moving shaft. The arrangement is such that, as the plunger assembly moves from the non-operating position to the operating position, the auxiliary contact is first closed to cause the starter motor to be driven at the first speed, and then the main contact is closed to cause the starter motor to be driven at the second speed.
