    摘要: A change of magnetic characteristics of a magnetic circuit constituting body or a composite magnet arranged in a necessary portion of a tire is detected by a magnetic sensor detecting a magnetic field leaked from the magnetic circuit constituting body or a magnetic filed from the composite magnet, while a temperature in the necessary portion of the tire is directly measured or a degree of heat deterioration is directly measured by using a tire temperature sensor or a tire heat deterioration detection sensor constructed so as of change the magnetic characteristics of the magnetic circuit constituting body or the composite magnet dependent on the temperature or the degree of heat deterioration in the necessary portion of the tire, whereby it is possible to attain an early identification of the abnormality on the possibility bringing about the troubles of the tire. Also, there is provided a tire temperature sensor or a tire heat deterioration detection sensor causing no fear of the early battery drain.

    摘要: A seismic isolation apparatus features damping characteristics equivalent to or better than prior art, without burdening the environment. In this seismic isolation apparatus, a cylindrical cavity portion is formed at the middle of an outer side laminated body, which has a form in which respective pluralities of resiliently deformable rubber rings and metal rings for maintaining rigidity are alternately laminated. A helically formed coil spring is disposed in this cavity portion so as to be snugly fitted. An inner side laminated body, which has a form in which respective pluralities of resiliently deformable rubber plates and metal plates for maintaining rigidity are alternately laminated, is disposed at an inner peripheral side of the coil spring.

    摘要: A lid opening-closing mechanism of a container device for a vehicle, including: a container device body provided in a vehicle interior of a vehicle; a lid attached freely openable and closable to the container device body; an elastic member interposed and provided between the container device body and the lid configured to bias the lid in an opening direction and a closing direction of the lid with biasing force; and a bidirectional damper attached to the container device body configured to attenuate the biasing force of the elastic member with attenuating force, wherein the elastic member includes a reversal spring in which biasing directions of the biasing force are reversible based on a reversal point in which one of the biasing directions is in the closing direction of the lid in a closed side of the lid of the reversal point and in which the other of the biasing directions is in the opening direction of the lid in an open side of the lid of the reversal point, and wherein the bidirectional damper includes a free-running section in which the attenuating force of the bidirectional damper is not generated in an early stage of at least one of the opening and closing of the lid.
