Abstract: A multistage centrifugal compressor includes a casing, a rotor including a plurality of impellers, a diaphragm defining a gas flow path that includes a return flow path, and at least one liquid injection device configured to inject liquid into the gas flow path. The liquid injection device includes a liquid injection path, an internal path, a chamber, and a plurality of nozzles. The liquid injection path penetrates through the casing at a position corresponding to a return bend. The internal path receives a liquid supply pipe inserted from the liquid injection path through the return bend. The chamber is provided in the diaphragm along a circumferential direction and the liquid is introduced into the chamber through the internal path. The plurality of nozzles inject the liquid introduced into the chamber, to the gas flow path from different positions of the chamber in the circumferential direction.

Abstract: A compressor includes a rotation shaft that is capable of rotating around a main axis, an impeller provided integrally with the rotation shaft, a casing that covers the impeller from an outer circumferential side and forms a flow path through which a working fluid circulates, a discharge scroll that is provided at an end of the flow path on a downstream side and extends in a spiral shape around the main axis, a discharge nozzle that communicates with the discharge scroll on the downstream side and extends from the discharge scroll in a tangent direction around the main axis, and a pressure loss body that has a plate shape extending in a direction orthogonal to an axis of the discharge nozzle extending in a radial direction orthogonal to the main axis and is capable of blocking a part of a flow path cross-section of the discharge nozzle.

The intermediate scroll has a scroll flow path formed on a second side in the axial direction with respect to the return flow path, and an introduction portion connecting the return flow path and the scroll flow path, and an outer flow path forming surface of the scroll flow path is formed by a casing inner peripheral surface facing an inner side of the external casing in the radial direction.

Abstract: A centrifugal compressor includes: a rotating shaft; a first impeller; a second impeller which is disposed on a downstream side of the first impeller; a return flow path which guides a first fluid flowing to a radially outer side from the first impeller toward a radially inner side; an introduction flow path which introduces the fluid guided to the radially inner side to the second impeller; an intermediate suction flow path which additionally supplies a second fluid to the second impeller; and a curved flow path which is connected to a downstream side of the introduction flow path and the intermediate suction flow path, and guides the first fluid and the second fluid to the second impeller, wherein a side surface on an upstream side of the introduction flow path is disposed on the downstream side from a return position of the return flow path.

Abstract: A rotary machine includes a casing that is disposed on the outer circumference side of a rotating shaft and rotates about the axis relative to the rotating shaft, and a hole pattern seal that is fixed to the casing, divides a space between the rotating shaft and the casing into a high pressure side and a low pressure side, and has a first hole line on which a plurality of first hole portions are formed at intervals in a circumferential direction so as to face an outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft. The hole pattern seal has fin portions that extend toward the rotating shaft at the high-pressure side of the first hole line and in the circumferential direction. The rotating shaft includes a convex portion that protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft toward the first hole portions to extend in the circumferential direction, and face the first hole portions at the low pressure side of the fin portion. The convex portion has a wall surface facing the fin portions.

Abstract: A method for inspecting a rotary machine having a fluid flow path includes a step of connecting an observation device to a connection port having an open/close valve that opens/closes a communication hole that communicates with the outside of the rotary machine and the flow path, the main body being connected to the connection port where the open/close valve is closed; a step of opening the open/close valve and inserting an insertion rod protruding from the main body of the observation device into the communication hole; a step of observing the inside of the flow path by an observation optical system provided at a leading end portion of the insertion rod; a step of withdrawing the insertion rod from the communication hole and closing the open/close valve; and a step of detaching the main body of the observation device from the connection port.
