Abstract:
A filter device for treating fluids, in particular for filtering fluids such as fuel, oil, or water, has a housing (56) with a housing pot (58), a housing cover (60), at least one inlet (88) for the fluid to be treated, and at least one outlet (82) for the treated fluid. A connecting head (12) has at least one feed (16) for the fluid to be treated and connectable to the at least one inlet (88), and/or at least one discharge (18). The connecting head (12) and the treatment element (14) can be connected to each other by means of a releasable bayonet-type connecting device (34) through the execution of a rotational/plug-in movement about a connecting axis (20) of the treatment device (10).
Abstract:
A removal system is provided with a separating element for separating contaminants contained in a fluid and with a removal aid for removing the separating element from a housing. The separating element has an end disk arranged at an end face of the separating element. The end disk has a central recess. The removal aid has a grip section and at least two locking fingers. The locking fingers extend along a center axis of the removal aid away from the grip section. Each locking finger has a hook element that serves for engaging behind the end disk of the separating element radially outside of an end disk area that delimits in radial outward direction immediately the central recess. A removal aid for such a removal system is provided.
Abstract:
A filter device has a cup-shaped filter housing and a filter element disposed in the filter housing. A filter head is connectable to the filter housing and forms a cover for the filter housing. A spring element is provided that is acting on the filter element. The filter head has at least one first form-fit element. The filter housing has at least one second form-fit element for interacting with the at least one first form-fit element. The spring element is arranged such that the filter head and the filter housing for reaching a closed position, in which the at least one first form-fit element and the at least one second form-fit element engage each other, are movable relative to each other axially against the force of the spring element. The spring element clamps the filter element axially between filter head and filter housing in the closed position.

Abstract:
A replaceable filter of a filter device has a housing bowl in which at least one filter element is arranged. At least one filter-side coupling part of a coupling device is arranged on the end face of the housing bowl for detachable connection of the replaceable filter to the filter head. At least one fluid opening arranged on the end face of the housing bowl. A shaped sheet metal part is connected to the end face rim of the housing bowl via a shaped flange or ring that is integrally manufactured as one piece, having at least one molded seal seating groove that is open in the radial direction and peripheral with respect to the coupling axis for the seating an outer seal.
Abstract:
A filter element for filtering a fluid is provided with a housing and a filter body arranged in the housing. A cover closes off one end of the housing. An inlet is arranged on the cover at a raw side of the filter element for inflow of a fluid into the filter element. An outlet is arranged on the cover at a clean side of the filter element for discharge of the fluid from the filter element. The cover has a connecting area connecting the filter element with a counter element of a filter system. The cover has a sealing area that seals between the filter element and a receptacle of the filter system. A seal is disposed in the sealing area and has two separate sealing surfaces that effect a sealing action in the connecting area in axial direction and in radial direction of the filter element.
Abstract:
A filter element has a filter bellows and at least one support element arranged on the filter bellows that supports the filter element relative to a filter housing in which the filter element is to be arranged. The at least one support element is arranged on at least one edge of the filter bellows and projects outwardly past the filter bellows. The at least one support element is detachably or non-detachably attached on the filter bellows directly or indirectly. The at least one support element is preferably arranged on a corner of the filter bellows and projects past all sides of the filter bellows adjoining the corner. An air filter with a filter housing is furnished with the filter element.
Abstract:
A filter element (10) comprises filter bellows (16), in particular open filter bellows made of a filter medium (18), which has an oncoming flow side (28) and an outgoing flow side (30) for the fluid to be filtered. The filter element (10) is disposed in the filter housing (11) in such a way that it separates at least one inlet (15) from at least one outlet (17). An element axis (14) of the filter element (10) and a housing axis (25) of the filter housing (11) may be aligned in parallel with or axially to the installation direction (12) in the filter housing (11) for installing the filter element (10). The filter element (10) has at least one outer support section (38), which protrudes axially beyond the filter bellows (16) on the oncoming flow side (28) or the outgoing flow side (30) with respect to the element axis (14) and protrudes into an axial projection of the oncoming flow side (28) or the outgoing flow side (30) with respect to the element axis (14).In addition, a respective filter housing (11) and/or a respective filter (13) is/are described.
