摘要: Provided is a solid electrolyte membrane for a solid-state battery, including at least two solid electrolyte layers and at least one volume-swelling layer, wherein the volume-swelling layer is disposed between the solid electrolyte layers. The solid electrolyte membrane includes (a) an ion conductive solid electrolyte material, and the volume-swelling layer includes (b) inorganic particles, wherein the inorganic particles form an alloy with lithium and include a metal, metal oxide or both. Thus, it is possible to provide a solid electrolyte membrane for a solid-state battery fundamentally prevented from a short-circuit by inhibiting growth of lithium dendrite.

摘要: Disclosed are a solid-liquid hybrid electrolyte membrane including a plurality of solid polymer particles and a small amount of liquid electrolyte, wherein the solid polymer particles are packed, while being in contact with one another, and include a porous structure having a pore structure formed among the solid polymer particles, and the liquid electrolyte surrounds the inside of the pores of the porous structure, the portions in which the solid polymer particles are in surface contact with one another, or the surfaces of the solid polymer particles, and a method for manufacturing the same. It is possible to provide a solid-liquid hybrid electrolyte membrane, which can be deformed by external pressurization, by using no solid electrolyte. It is also possible to provide a solid-liquid hybrid electrolyte membrane showing low resistance by using no binder polymer. Meanwhile, the solid-liquid hybrid electrolyte membrane includes a small amount of liquid electrolyte, and thus can ensure improved ion conductivity as compared to the conventional solid electrolyte batteries.

The negative electrode current collector comprises a metal foil which is electroconductive, and a coating layer formed on a surface of the metal foil and comprising metal-carbon composite particles. The metal-carbon composite particles comprise metal particles and carbon particles and apply the metal particles evenly on the surface of the metal foil, and are capable of inducing even lithium electrodeposition between the coating layer and the metal foil, thereby forming a uniform lithium metal plating film on the negative electrode current collector.

摘要: Methods for manufacturing a solid electrolyte membrane are provided, which allow visual determination of how much a porous sheet is filled with a solid electrolyte material, and thus can optimize selection of materials and manufacturing processes of a solid electrolyte membrane in a simple manner. The resulting solid electrolyte membrane can reduce the manufacturing cost and allow easy deformation, and thus can be processed with ease when it is applied to batteries having various shapes. Further, since the solid electrolyte membrane according to the present disclosure includes a composite of a porous polymer material, such as a nonwoven web, with a solid electrolyte material, it has excellent strength and allows formation of a thin film, and thus provides a battery with improved energy density advantageously.
