摘要: Provided is a solid electrolyte membrane for a solid-state battery, including at least two solid electrolyte layers and at least one volume-swelling layer, wherein the volume-swelling layer is disposed between the solid electrolyte layers. The solid electrolyte membrane includes (a) an ion conductive solid electrolyte material, and the volume-swelling layer includes (b) inorganic particles, wherein the inorganic particles form an alloy with lithium and include a metal, metal oxide or both. Thus, it is possible to provide a solid electrolyte membrane for a solid-state battery fundamentally prevented from a short-circuit by inhibiting growth of lithium dendrite.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a composition for a gel polymer electrolyte, including a lithium salt, a non-aqueous organic solvent, a polymerization initiator and a crosslinking agent, a gel polymer electrolyte formed by polymerizing the composition for a gel polymer electrolyte, and a lithium secondary battery including the same. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, it is possible to inhibit the evaporation of a non-aqueous organic solvent by using a crosslinking agent, and to inhibit ignition propagation upon the ignition of a cell.

摘要: A secondary battery has a structure including an internal core portion containing an electrolyte having a relatively lower crosslinking degree, and surrounded with a peripheral portion containing an electrolyte having a relatively higher crosslinking degree. It is possible to provide an effect of improving both ion conductivity and mechanical properties by virtue of such structural characteristics. The electrolyte portion having a lower crosslinking degree is confined by the electrolyte having a higher crosslinking degree to provide an effect of preventing electrolyte leakage. The secondary battery can be obtained by a simple method that includes crosslinking only the peripheral portion before the core portion reaches to a crosslinking temperature and is crosslinked under an environment preheated to the crosslinking temperature or higher. As a result, there is no adverse effect upon the processing efficiency, since any separate device or system line is not required to carry out the crosslinking.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing a secondary battery including a gel polymer electrolyte and a secondary battery obtained thereby. The method can inhibit thermal crosslinking of a gel polymer electrolyte during the wetting with an electrolyte, and facilitate thermal crosslinking after the wetting with an electrolyte is finished. In addition, the method can increase uniformity of thermal crosslinking by controlling the oxygen content in a cell.
