    摘要: Disclosed is an organic light emitting device (OLED) that may include a first electrode including at least two conductive units, each of the at least two conductive units connected to a conductive connector of the first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; a current carrying electrode electrically connected to the at least two conductive units, wherein the current carrying electrode includes a current carrying portion of the first electrode connected to the conductive connector of each of the at least two conductive units or an auxiliary electrode formed of a material different from that of the first electrode; and an organic layer between the first electrode and the second electrode; wherein the conductive connector includes an area in which a length of a direction, in which a current substantially flows, is at least ten times longer than a width of a direction vertical to the length of the direction, and wherein a resistance of the conductive connector is 400Ω or more and 300,000Ω or less.

    摘要: An embodiment of the present specification provides an organic light emitting device including: a first electrode; a second electrode provided opposite to the first electrode; one or more organic material layers provided between the first electrode and the second electrode; an auxiliary electrode provided in the first electrode; and a short circuit prevention layer provided between the first electrode and the auxiliary electrode, wherein the short circuit prevention layer has a resistance value which is greater at 50 or more ° C. than 25° C. The organic light emitting device controls the amount of leakage current when a short circuit defect occurs, thereby solving a problem where a device does not overall operate. The organic light emitting device stably operates without an increase in the amount of leakage current.

If the organic electronic device includes an encapsulation structure, the substrate may be stably attached to the encapsulation structure, and a surface hardness of outside connector part of the organic electronic device may be maintained to an appropriate level.

The substrate may have an excellent degree of planarization and improved light extraction efficiency without degradation in performance of the diode, and low process and material costs and mass-production of the substrate may be easily achieved.
