    Abstract: Disclosed is a battery module, which includes a battery cell assembly having a plurality of battery cells which are stacked one another, an interconnection board mounted to at least one side of the battery cell assembly to electrically connect the plurality of battery cells, a temperature sensor mounting groove provided at the interconnection board so that a temperature sensor for measuring a temperature of the battery cell assembly passes therethrough, and an assembling error preventer provided at a bottom of the temperature sensor mounting groove to prevent the temperature sensor from interfacing with a facing battery cell which faces the temperature sensor when the temperature sensor passes through the temperature sensor mounting groove.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a clamping device and a battery module comprising the same, the clamping device being suitable for reducing the number of screw coupling portions of long bolts at a lower plate, a battery stack, and an upper plate, and for securing, in a balanced manner, the battery stack, the lower plate and the upper plate by means of the long bolts. The clamping device according to the present invention comprises: a support; and pressing parts respectively protruded from one end and the other end of the support, wherein the support and the pressing parts define a bent part along the central portion of the outer circumference while forming a band shape, and the pressing parts include locking holes which intersect with the bent portion.

    Abstract: A battery module according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a cell cartridge assembly including at least one battery cell and a plurality of stacking cartridges configured to respectively accommodate the at least one battery cell and arranged in layers in a height direction; and a sensing assembly mounted on at least one side of the cell cartridge assembly and configured to sense electrical characteristics of the at least one battery cell. Each of the stacking cartridges includes a bolt-assembling finger protruding from at least one corner area beyond other corner areas, and the bolt-assembling finger includes an assembly guide unit provided in a slot form. The sensing assembly includes a sensing assembly body provided in the form of a plate-shaped structure and having a plurality of sensing members mounted thereon, and an assembling plate integrally formed with the sensing assembly body and capable of being inserted into the assembly guide unit of the bolt-assembling finger.

    Abstract: A battery module includes a module case formed with a hollow structure; a cell stack disposed inside the module case and including secondary battery cells stacked in one direction; and a bus bar frame having a plurality of bus bars for electrically connecting the secondary battery cells and a sensing member for sensing voltage of the secondary battery cells, which are installed at predetermined locations thereof, the bus bar frame being installed around the cell stack and disposed to be inserted into the module case integrally with the cell stack.
