Abstract: Systems and methods herein are directed towards the separation of biologic material to obtain a target cell volume and/or cell concentration for harvesting. The target volume and/or concentration of cells may be obtained through a single cycle via three chambers, or by repeated cycles through one or more chambers to dilute the digestive enzymes used in the process and concentrate the harvestable cell volume to a predetermined target.
