摘要： In an image processing apparatus, a moving picture storage module stores moving picture data. A scene designation module designates at least one scene in the moving picture data, and sets a key frame and importance level of the designated scene. A frame feature extraction module acquires an image feature amount of the designated key frame. A scene feature information storage module generates scene feature information including the duration, key frame, importance level, and image feature amount of the key frame of the scene designated by the scene designation module, and stores the generated information in a memory in correspondence with the moving picture data. Based on the scene feature information, digest playback for playing back only principal part of the designated moving picture data is executed, or desired moving picture data is found by a similar image search using the key frame.

摘要： An image processing apparatus divides an image into a plurality of first image blocks, each of which is a partial area of the image, and further divides each first image block to acquire a plurality of compartments that correspond to filters for determining an edge direction of an image of the first image block. The image processing apparatus determines the edge direction of each first image block based on the plurality of compartments and the filters, and decides that a first image block whose edge direction cannot be determined is a failed image block. The image processing apparatus then generates, from the failed image block, a second image block constituted by a plurality of compartments that differ in size from the plurality of acquired compartments, and determines the edge direction of the second storage block based on the plurality of newly generated compartments and the filters.

摘要： Crude immunoglobulin G isolated from human blood plasma is treated according to a conventional technique (such as the tricalcium phosphate adsorption method) to remove aggregates therefrom to such an extent that they are not detectable by gel filtration analysis. In order to produce an aqueous solution of immunoglobulin G having a reduced anticomplementary activity, the resulting solution is then filtered through a porous polyolefin membrane having a pore size larger than the molecular size of immunoglobulin G, in the presence of a stabilizer having surface activity. The aqueous solution of immunoglobulin G so produced is suitable for use in intravenous injection because its anticomplementary activity is low.
