The system includes a document surrogate that represents one or more email messages and a multifunction device that at least one of prints, scans, emails, faxes, and copies one or more documents. The multifunction device includes a scanning element that scans the document surrogate and electronically encodes information contained therein, a retrieval component that retrieves the one or more emails based at least in part upon information contained in the document surrogate; and a printing element that prints the one or more emails retrieved. The information is associated with at least one of the location, content, and status of the one or more email messages.

    摘要： A method is provided for operating a computer to analyze image evaluation data from electronic survey respondents to evaluate preferences related to two dimensional and three dimensional images. Data files, which include designated area data, image attributes, and survey respondent opinions for one or more images in an electronic survey, are received. A graphical user interface permits an operator to reformat the designated area data and set analysis parameters. Cluster analysis is performed on the data files to reduce the dimensionality of the designated area data and to classify areas of the survey images that generate positive and negative responses. The analysis produces coordinate data to map cluster classifications and for construction of a heat map. In association with descriptive statistical analysis, cluster score evaluation is performed to identify the clusters of interest. Respondent comments and results from the statistical analysis are linked to clusters of interest.

    摘要： The present invention relates to a digital camera that includes a wireless modem for transferring images via a wireless network. Before taking photos, the user can select various configuration settings, one of which uploads tagged images to a photo service provider or other website. If a network connection is not available when images are captured, the camera automatically wakes up later to check for network availability. If a suitable network connection is available, the camera operates in a reduced power state to upload the images from the camera. Data indicating whether or not each image has been uploaded and/or transferred via the wireless network is stored in the camera, and icons are displayed along with the images, to indicate to the user whether or not an image has been transferred to their computer or uploaded to their website.

A portion of the reproduction is formed in a selected color, based on a supplied series of electrical data signals. A series of electrical data signals, which is representative of the pattern and color image content of a color palette is stored, and can be applied to create a color palette using the same image forming apparatus as is used to produce copies.

A print media sheets available count is received representative of a plurality of print media sheets adapted to be fed through the imaging machine. The print media sheets needed count is compared against the print media sheets available.
