The first lens block includes a first lens substrate, a lens portion 1a with a positive power, formed on an object-side surface of the first lens substrate, and a lens portion 1b with a negative power, formed on an image-side surface of the first lens substrate. The object-side surface of the lens portion 1a is a convex surface, and an image-side surface of the lens portion 1b is a concave surface. 摘要： An image capturing lens is disclosed, which is compact and capable of capturing an image at a wide angle though realizing low cost performance by enabling mass productions of wafer-scale lenses, and an image capturing device is disclosed, which uses this image capturing lens. For the purpose of attaining short focusing, a wide angle of view can be ensured by optimally disposing the power of a first lens block and the power of a second lens block so that a value of a conditional formula (1) becomes higher than a lower limit. Hereat, a wider angle can be attained by strengthening the positive power of the second lens block against the first lens block without increasing the overall length. While on the other hand, the value of the conditional formula (1) becomes lower than an upper limit, whereby the power of the second lens block is prevented from being excessively strengthened, the lens units of the second lens block can be configured with a small sag quantity, and moldability can be kept preferable, 0.9

摘要： A computer receives, from a target device via a communication apparatus that is capable of accessing the target device, an issuance request for issuing key information unique to the target device. The computer generates the key information upon reception of the issuance request. The computer stores an address allocated to the communication apparatus and the key information in association with each other. The computer transmits the key information to the target device via the communication apparatus. The computer receives, from the communication apparatus, the key information and a registration request for registering a relay apparatus for relaying communication between the computer and the target device.
