摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide an exhaust gas treatment device of an engine capable of preventing matching surfaces of catalyst portions configuring a combustible gas catalyst from being thermally damaged. In the exhaust gas treatment device, combustible gas is produced by combustible gas generating catalyst, exhaust gas heated by combustion of combustible gas is supplied to an exhaust gas treatment portion, the combustible gas generating catalyst comprises an aggregate of a plurality of catalyst portions, each of the catalyst portions includes a matching surface with respect to adjacent one of the catalyst portions, a fastening ring is fitted over the combustible gas generating catalyst in which the matching surfaces of the adjacent catalyst portions are abutted against each other, and the matching surfaces of the adjacent catalyst portions are brought into tight contact with each other by a fastening force of the fastening ring.

摘要: An exhaust treatment device of a diesel engine is provided in which combustible gas is burned with oxygen in exhaust, combustion heat increases a temperature of the exhaust, and heat of the exhaust can burn and remove PM accumulating in a DPF. In order to cause a heater for radiating heat at a start of generation of the combustible gas to enter a catalyst inlet portion, and fit a liquid fuel retaining member over a periphery of the heater, a guide plate is provided to a lower face of the liquid fuel retaining member so that the air-fuel mixture moving down in the liquid fuel retaining member flows along an upper face of the guide plate out to a periphery of the guide plate.

The stopper unit includes an inner circumference groove of the cover fitted around a C-shaped retaining ring, and an external circumference groove of the locknut fitting within the retaining ring. The external circumference groove includes a first groove portion having a large-diameter groove bottom that restricts contraction and removal of the retaining ring fitted within the inner circumference groove, and a second groove portion provided continuously for the first groove portion and having a small-diameter groove bottom that allows contraction and removal of the retaining ring fitted within the inner circumference groove.

The support bracket includes a member having a mounting portion on which the fuel accumulator is placed and mounted, a mounting leg portion extending from the mounting portion and mounted on the cylinder head, and an aligning leg portion extending from the mounting portion for positioning the support bracket with respect to the cylinder head.
