    摘要: Provided is a high-speed, super-low-power-consumption nonvolatile memory with a high thermal stability. A nonvolatile magnetic memory is equipped with high-output tunnel magnetic resistance devices to each of which a free layer with a high thermal stability is applied, while a writing method by spin transfer torque is applied to the memory. The tunnel magnetic resistance device has a free layer including a first ferromagnetic film and the second ferromagnetic film each of which has a body center cubic structure and each of which contains Co, Fe and B. The free layer, additionally, includes a first non-magnetic layer. The tunnel magnetic resistance device has a layered structure formed of the free layer and a pinned layer with a MgO insulating film with a (100) orientation rock-salt structure interposed in between.

    摘要: There are provided a thin transformer capable of being used in a thin display device such as a liquid crystal display (LCD) device, a light emitting diode (LED) display device, and a flat panel display device including the same. The transformer includes: a bobbin part including inner and outer bobbins each including a pipe shaped body part having a though-hole formed in an inner portion thereof and a flange part protruding outwardly from both ends of the body part; coils respectively wound around the inner and outer bobbins; and a core electromagnetically coupled to the coils to thereby form a magnetic path, wherein the inner bobbin is inserted into the through-hole of the outer bobbin to thereby be coupled to the outer bobbin and at least one of the inner and outer bobbins includes the flange part having a width larger than a thickness of the body part.

    摘要: There is provided a thin transformer capable of being used in a thin display device such as a liquid crystal display (LCD) device and a light emitting diode (LED) display device. The transformer includes: a bobbin part including a plurality of bobbins, each including a pipe shaped body part having a though-hole formed in an inner portion thereof, a flange part vertically protruding outwardly from both ends of the body part, and external connection terminals protruding from one side of a lower flange part formed at a lower end of the body part; a core inserted into the through-hole of the bobbin to thereby form a magnetic path; and a coil part including coils each wound around the plurality of bobbins, wherein the bobbin part includes an inner bobbin and an outer bobbin, and the inner bobbin is coupled to the outer bobbin such that the external connection terminals of the inner bobbin and the external connection terminals of the outer bobbin are opposed to each other.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display (LCD) includes a cover assembly; a liquid crystal panel; a light guide plate configured to guide light to the liquid crystal panel; a printed circuit board (PCB) to which the light guide plate is mounted; and a light emitting diode (LED) package which is mounted on the PCB and emits light to a lateral side of the light guide plate. The PCB includes a base substrate; a connecting hole which is formed in the base substrate to couple the base substrate to the cover assembly with a connecting member; an insulating layer which is coated on the base substrate while avoiding a head part of the connecting member; and a spacer tape which is provided on an upper side of the insulating layer so that the light guide plate is evenly mounted on the PCB.

    摘要: Generating an optimal planning of building retrofit for a portfolio of buildings may include providing a plurality of objective functions that may be selected for maximizing cost reduction, maximizing green house gas emission reduction, or maximizing energy reduction, or combinations thereof. The objective function may be solved based on information including at least a retrofit cost for retrofitting a building, payback period specifying the length of time needed to recover the retrofit cost, a budget available for retrofitting the building, expected price of energy, estimated energy savings from retrofitting and estimated green house gas emission from retrofitting. The planning of building retrofit may be generated based on the solutions of one or more of the objective functions, which may provide for an optimal plan of building retrofit.
