Abstract:
A driving device and a vehicle window lifter are disclosed. The driving device includes a motor and a gearbox. The motor includes a stator and a rotor. The gearbox includes a housing and a gear. The motor is mounted in the housing and includes a rotary shaft driving the gear. The housing supports the motor through a soft support structure. Two bearings are mounted in the housing at the same side of the stator for supporting and determining an orientation of the rotary shaft. Over-constraint to the rotary shaft is eliminated by reducing the number of the rigid support points between the rotary shaft and housing. The soft connection between the motor and housing can avoid or reduce motor vibrations transferred to the gearbox.

A medical pump includes a single phase synchronous motor, a rod piston, a cylinder for receiving the rod piston for reciprocating motion therein. The single phase synchronous motor includes a stator and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator. The rotor includes a plurality of permanent magnets. The stator comprises a stator core and a winding wound around the stator core. The stator core comprises two opposed pole portions that define there between a rotor receiving space for receiving the permanent magnets. The medical pump has a compact structure. In addition, the motor of the medical pump has a constant rotation speed and has a smaller size and less weight under the same output power conditions as traditional motors used in medical pumps. The medical pump is particularly suitable for use in atomizers.

A single phase permanent magnet motor includes a stator core, windings wound around the stator core, and a permanent magnet rotor rotatable relative to the stator core. The stator core includes an end portion and a pole arm extending from the end portion. The pole arm includes two connecting arms spaced from each other and pole claws respectively formed at distal ends of the connecting arms. The two pole claws define a space for receiving a rotor therein. The pole claws surround the space and form an arc pole surface. The arc pole surface has a first axial portion continuous along a circumference of the arc pole surface and a second axial portion being discontinuous along a circumferential direction of the arc pole surface.
Abstract:
A single phase motor and a hair dryer are provided. The motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a stator core and a stator winding. The stator core includes an outer ring portion, teeth extending inwardly from the outer ring portion, and two pole shoes extending from a distal end of each tooth. A winding slot is formed between each two adjacent teeth. A slot opening is disposed between the pole shoes of the adjacent teeth, and is offset from one of the two adjacent teeth. The air supplying unit includes the single phase motor and an impeller. The startup angle and cogging torque of the motor are adjustable by adjusting the position/width of the slot opening, without the need of additional positioning slots or positioning holes defined at the pole shoes, which makes the motor structure simple.
Abstract:
A single phase motor includes a rotor including magnetic poles and a stator comprising a stator core and a winding wound on the stator core. The stator core includes a plurality of stator teeth each including a tooth body and a tooth end formed at an end of the tooth body, the tooth end comprising first and second arcuate regions facing the rotor. When the winding is not energized, a first magnetic coupling between said first arcuate region and a selected magnetic pole of said rotor is greater than a second magnetic coupling between said second arcuate region and the selected magnetic pole, said first arcuate region being offset from a selected tooth body in such a way as to enable movement of said rotor to initiate in either of two opposite directions relative to said selected tooth body upon energizing the winding.

A drive apparatus for an electric bike includes a hollow housing body, an internal ring gear fixed to the housing body, and a main shaft. At least two motor units are mounted in the housing body. Each motor unit includes a support bracket and a number of motors mounted on the support bracket. Each motor drives the internal gear through a transmission mechanism to rotate the housing body about the main shaft. The motors share one controller. Peaks of the motor cogging torque can be staggered.

A rotor for a brushless motor includes a shaft, a rotor core and a number of permanent magnets. The rotor core includes inner and outer annular portions. The inner annular portion has a central hole for receiving the shaft. The outer annular portion includes a number of sector segments arranged in a ring, with adjacent sector segments defining a slot there between for receiving a corresponding permanent magnet. Radially outer ends of adjacent sector segments are interconnected by a connector. The sector segments include first sector segments and second sector segments arranged alternately. The first sector segments are separated from the inner annular portion. The second sector segments are each connected to the inner annular portion by connecting arms.
Abstract:
A solenoid includes a stationary member, a movable member being movable relative to the stationary member and spring disposed between the stationary member and the movable member. The stationary member includes a housing with an end wall and a side wall, a first permanent magnet attached to the end wall, a second permanent magnet attached to the side wall and a magnetic flux concentrator configured to concentrate a magnetic field generated by the second permanent magnet with a magnetic field generated by the first permanent magnet. The movable member includes a head inserted into the housing. The head is made of magnetically conductive material. The stationary member further includes a coil surrounding the head of the movable member. When the coil receives a pulse current, the movable member is driven from an extended/retracted position to a retracted/extended position.
Abstract:
A single phase motor includes an excitation part and an armature part. The excitation part includes N magnets that result in 2N magnetic poles being formed on the excitation part, and the armature part includes 2N tooth portions forming 2N pole portions, where N is an integer greater than one. The present invention further provides a rotor for the single phase motor. The present invention allows each magnet to be fully used, reduces the number of the magnets used in the single phase phase and the workload during motor assembly, as well as reduces the motor fabriction cost.
