Abstract: A building management system (BMS) includes a storage device having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations. The operations include receiving an indication of an event relating to building equipment operable to serve spaces of a building, the indication identifying at least one of a space or a type of equipment associated with the event, determining, based on the indication, that the one or more criteria are satisfied for a first filter of a plurality of filters, each filter of the plurality of filters associated with a subset of users and specifying one or more criteria for satisfying the filter, the one or more criteria comprising at least one of a space criterion or an equipment criterion, and providing a notification of the event to the subset of users associated with the first filter in response to a determination that the one or more criteria are satisfied for the first filter.

Abstract: Systems and methods for responding to incidents in a building are provided. One method includes performing operations including retrieving data relating to one or more on-premises building devices of the building, determining the incident relating to the one or more on-premises building devices, and determining a plurality of potential responses to the incident. The operations further include analyzing the plurality of potential responses and determining relative risks of the potential responses to the incident and transmitting, to a first on-premises building device of the on-premises building devices, data indicating the incident and at least one of the plurality of potential responses based on the relative risks of the potential responses.

Abstract: Systems and methods for creating and using equipment definitions are provided. An archetypal device used to identify one or more first data points associated with the archetypal device. A point definition is generated for each identified first data point associated with the archetypal device. Each point definition includes an abstraction of a text string extracted from the corresponding first data point that is applicable to multiple different devices of the same type of building equipment. The generated point definitions are used to create an equipment definition for a type of building equipment. The equipment definition can be used to identify first data points associated with other devices of the same type of building equipment and to automatically create equipment objects representing such devices.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing on-premises response to an incident impacting a space of a building are provided. One method includes storing digital twins of one or more on-premises building devices of the building in a memory device within the space. The digital twins include digital representations of the on-premises building devices including data relating to the on-premises building devices. The method further includes receiving, by one or more processors within the space, data relating to the incident impacting the space, processing the data using the digital twins stored in the memory device within the space to determine a response to the incident, and executing an action to implement the response to the incident.

The time correlated reliability data stream includes a plurality of reliability values time correlated to corresponding values of the plurality of data samples of the data point and indicating reliability of the values of the plurality of data samples of the data point.
