    摘要: The present invention provides a microarray bioprobe device integrated with a semiconductor amplifier module, which integrates micro array biological probes and thin film transistors on a flexible substrate by Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) processes and semiconductor processes. A signal from the microarray bioprobe device is amplified through a near amplifier to increase signal-to-noise ratio and impendence matching. The micro array biological probes of the present invention are produced on the flexible substrate such that the micro array biological probes can be disposed to conform to the profile of a living body's portion and improving contact between the probes and living body's portion.

    摘要: A nerve-stimulating and signal-monitoring device includes a flexible substrate, a modulation/demodulation module, a SOC unit and a plurality of stimulation probes. The modulation/demodulation module demodulates coded nerve-stimulating radio-frequency signals or modulates sending coded epidermal nerve response signals. The SOC unit and the modulation/demodulation module can be integrally packaged and bonded on the flexible substrate. The SOC unit decodes and transforms the coded nerve-stimulating radio-frequency signals to obtain nerve-stimulating electrical probe-driving signals. The stimulation probes protrude from the flexible substrate, are configured to transmit the nerve-stimulating electrical probe-driving signals to epidermal nerves, and are electrically coupled to the SOC unit. The SOC unit can receive, amplify, analyze, classify and encode epidermal nerve response signals sent to the modulation/demodulation module for modulating, and such coded epidermal nerve response signals are subsequently transmitted by an antenna to the monitor station for decoding, monitoring and analysis.

    摘要: An RFID based thermal bubble type accelerometer includes a flexible substrate, an embedded system on chip (SOC) unit, an RFID antenna formed on the substrate and coupled to a modulation/demodulation module in the SOC unit, a cavity formed on the flexible substrate, and a plurality of sensing assemblies, including a heater and two temperature-sensing elements, disposed along the x-axis direction and suspended over the cavity. The two temperature-sensing elements, serially connected, are separately disposed at two opposite sides and at substantially equal distances from the heater. Two sets of sensing assemblies can be connected in differential Wheatstone bridge. The series-connecting points of the sensing assemblies are coupled to the SOC unit such that an x-axis acceleration can be obtained by a voltage difference between the connecting points. The x-axis acceleration can be sent by the RFID antenna to a reader after it is modulated and encoded by the modulation/demodulation module.

    摘要: A bio-impedance measurement apparatus includes a flexible band member fastened around a body portion, two probe sets attached to the flexible band member, a measurement device, and a wireless device. One probe set includes a probe having a tip portion for piercing the skin of the body portion to be located adjacent to an acupuncture point. Another probe set, used as an electrical ground, includes a probe that contacts the reference skin. The measurement device is disposed on the flexible band member and electrically coupled to the two probe sets to provide an impulse current signal to the acupuncture point. The measurement device amplifies and measures the voltage response across the acupuncture points and the ground. The amplified signal is converted to a digital signal for Fourier transformation. The wireless device, coupled to the measurement device, transmits the acupuncture code and impedance information to a remote monitor station.
