摘要： Top furling automated retractable greenhouse cover is a retractable cover for a greenhouse that is mounted on top of the greenhouse. Top furling automated retractable greenhouse cover has: a spine clamp, a left furling cover assembly, a right furling cover assembly, a hinge pin assembly, and an electrical control box. Left and right furling assemblies each have a curtain or cover, a furling rod, a furling motor, and a support arm. Electrical control box sends electronic signals to cause left and right covers or curtains to furl above the greenhouse when retracted and to unfurl down to the ground when extended to cover the greenhouse. The top-mounted design allows efficient use of gravity to apply tension to the furled rolls.

摘要： The present invention relates to materials and methods for protecting man-made structures made with non-wood materials from termite damage through the application of borates to the surface of non-wood materials. In an embodiment the invention regards a method for preventing termite tunneling and tubing on non-wood and/or non-cellulosic materials by treating non-wood building components comprising the steps of applying a composition to the surfaces of a non-wood building component, wherein the composition comprises a borate component. In another embodiment the invention regards a method for preventing termite damage to man-made structures comprising the steps of mixing borates with a solvent to form a borate solution, obtaining a non-wood building component, coating the non-wood building component with the borate solution, and incorporating the coated non-wood building component into a man-made structure. The invention also regards a non-wood building component comprising a non-wood substrate, and a coating comprising borates, wherein the coating is disposed on the surfaces of the non-wood substrate.

摘要： A roll control system is provided that includes first and second dampers each having fluid. A pump fluidly interconnects the first and second dampers. A motor is connected to the pump. A controller is in communication with the motor. The controller is configured to command the motor to drive the pump and transfer fluid between the first and second actuators in a desired direction in response to a roll signal. The pump provides fluid from one of the first and second dampers to the other of the first and second dampers in response to being driven by the motor. The roll control system can be used on front and rear axles to provide improved overall stability for the vehicle. In one example, a common motor is used to drive first and second pumps, which are respectively associated with the front and rear axles.

摘要： An air spring assembly cooperates with a shock absorber to dampen road load inputs to a vehicle. The air spring assembly includes an upper mount that is secured to a vehicle structure and an air spring piston that is supported by the shock absorber. A flexible member extends between the upper mount and the air spring piston. The flexible member includes a bellows spring portion with an upper end secured to the upper mount and a rolling lobe spring portion with a lower end secured to the air spring piston. A reinforcing ring cooperates with the bellows spring portion and the rolling lobe spring portion to control spring rate and reduce hysteresis.

摘要： The integrity of a liner in an interconnect structure or other layer in an integrate circuit is tested in a short time by exposing the liner to a reactive gas that attacks the underlying silicon or other material behind the liner. A weak spot in the liner permits the gas to react with the silicon, which produces a visible area that can be readily identified. The test can be performed in a few hours, in contrast to a period of several months required to complete the process, package the circuit and conduct a burn-in test.
