摘要: Proposed is a non-oriented electrical steel sheet being low in iron loss and excellent in tensile strength and fatigue strength, which has a chemical composition comprising C: not more than 0.005 mass %, Si: 3 to 5 mass %, Mn: not more than 5 mass %, P: not more than 0.1 mass %, S: not more than 0.01 mass %, Al: not more than 3 mass %, N: not more than 0.005 mass %, Zn: 0.0005 mass % to 0.003 mass %, and the remainder being Fe and inevitable impurities, an average crystal grain size being not more than 40 μm, the number of the inclusions having a diameter of not less than 5 μm being not more than 5/mm2, a tensile strength being not less than 600 MPa, and the fatigue strength being not less than 450 MPa.

摘要: In the production of a non-oriented electrical steel sheet by subjecting a steel slab having a certain component composition to a hot rolling, a hot-band annealing, a cold rolling and a finish annealing, the conditions of the finish annealing are controlled such that a yield stress of the steel sheet after the finish annealing is not less than 480 MPa. Also, when a motor core is produced by using the above steel sheet, there can be provided a non-oriented electrical steel sheet capable of producing a rotor core and a stator core as the same raw material where the stator core is subjected to a stress relief annealing at a soaking temperature of 780 to 950° C. in an atmosphere having a nitrogen content of not more than 30 vol % and a dew point of not higher than −20° C., while a motor core is produced with such a steel sheet.

摘要: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet having a high magnetic flux density and a low iron loss is produced by hot rolling a steel slab comprising C: not more than 0.005 mass %, Si: not more than 4 mass %, Mn: 0.03-3 mass %, Al: not more than 3 mass %, P: 0.03-0.2 mass %, S: present at not more than 0.005 mass %, N: not more than 0.005 mass %, Ca: 0.0005-0.01 mass %, provided that an atom ratio of Ca to S ((Ca mass %/40)/(S mass %/32)) is within a range of 0.5-3.5, and the balance being Fe and incidental impurities, hot band annealing, cold rolling, and then conducting recrystallization annealing by heating at an average temperature rising rate of not less than 100° C/s up to at least 740° C.

摘要: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet has a chemical composition having C: not more than 0.005 mass %, Si: 2-7 mass %, Mn: 0.033 mass %, Al: not more than 3 mass %, P: not more than 0.2 mass %, S: not more than 0.005 mass %, N: not more than 0.005 mass %, Se: 0.0001˜0.0005 mass %, As: 0.0005˜0.005 mass % and the remainder being Fe and inevitable impurities, and an iron loss W15/50 in excitation at 50 Hz and 1.5 T of not more than 3.5 W/kg and a ratio (x/t) of amount of shear drop x (mm) to thickness t (mm) in punching of steel sheet of not more than 0.15 and is excellent in the iron loss property before punching and less in the deterioration of the iron loss property by punching.

摘要: When producing a non-oriented electrical steel sheet by subjecting a slab containing a predetermined composition to hot rolling, hot-band annealing, cold rolling, and finishing annealing in a continuous annealing furnace, the following conditions are used: a maximum reached temperature in the finishing annealing is set to be lower than 900° C.; an average cooling rate from a temperature to 500° C. in a cooling process of the finishing annealing is set to 40° C./s or higher; a parameter ε/t defined from a plastic elongation ratio ε (%) in a rolling direction between before and after the finishing annealing and a soaking time t (s) in the finishing annealing is set to 0.10 or higher; an average ferrite grain size is 50 μm or larger; and compressive residual stresses σs and σc in a sheet width direction at a steel sheet surface and a sheet-thickness center part, respectively, are both 2.0 MPa or higher.

摘要: Provided is a non-oriented electrical steel sheet that contains substantially no Al and contains large amounts of Si and Mn and has low iron loss, comprising a chemical composition containing C: 0.0050% or less, Si: 2.0% or more and 6.0% or less, Mn: 1.0% or more and 3.0% or less, P: 0.20% or less, S: 0.0050% or less, N: 0.0050% or less, Al: 0.0050% or less, and one or more selected from B: 0.0001% or more and 0.0050% or less, Nb: 0.0001% or more and 0.0050% or less, and V: 0.0005% or more and 0.0500% or less, with a balance consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein a number density of Si—Mn nitrides with an average diameter of 50 nm or more and 500 nm or less is 1 or less per μm3.

摘要: There are provided a method for producing a non-oriented electrical steel sheet, a method for manufacturing a motor core from such a steel sheet, and a motor core. In the production of a non-oriented electrical steel sheet by subjecting a steel slab containing given amounts of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Al, N, Ti, Nb and V, provided that Si, Al and Mn satisfy Si-2Al—Mn≥0, to hot rolling, cold rolling, finish annealing and stress relief annealing, whereby a high-strength rotor core and a stator core having excellent magnetic properties after stress relief annealing can be obtained from the same steel material.

摘要: A method for producing a non-oriented electrical steel sheet by hot rolling a steel slab containing C: not more than 0.0050%, Si: not more than 5.0%, Mn: not more than 3.0%, P: not more than 0.2%, S: not more than 0.005%, Al: not more than 3.0%, N: not more than 0.005%, Ni: not more than 3.0%, Cr: not more than 5.0%, Ti: not more than 0.005%, and subjecting the sheet to a cold rolling and a finish annealing, wherein the heating in the finish annealing is conducted in two stages of performing an induction heating and subsequently a radiation heating and the induction heating is conducted up to not lower than 720° C. at an average heating rate of not less than 50° C./sec between 600° C. and 700° C. and a time from the end of the induction heating to the start of the radiation heating is not more than 8 seconds.
