摘要: Provided is a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet that combines low iron loss and low magnetostriction, together with an advantageous production method therefor. A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises a linear strain portion extending in a direction intersecting a rolling direction of the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, wherein the linear strain portion has a stress distribution in which a compressive stress region and a tensile stress region alternate in a longitudinal direction of the linear strain portion. The linear strain portion is formed by vibrating the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet in a sheet thickness direction, while irradiating a surface of the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet with an electron beam by repeatedly moving and detaining the electron beam in the direction intersecting the rolling direction of the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet.

摘要: A punch processing method for electrical steel sheets to manufacture core segments includes: stacking a plurality of electrical steel sheets; and punching out the plurality of electrical steel sheets in a stacked state simultaneously to manufacture the core segments, wherein in a case where the core segments are applied to a stator core in which a maximum magnetic flux density at a tooth portion is to be higher than a maximum magnetic flux density at a back yoke portion, degrees of Vickers hardness of an electrical steel sheet located second from a bottom side and above in the stacked state are set to 180 HV or higher, and 10 HV or higher than a value of degree of Vickers hardness of an electrical steel sheet located on the bottom side in the stacked state.

摘要: Provided is a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet including: a forsterite base film formed on a surface of the steel sheet; and an insulating tension coating formed on the base film, in which when Ti intensity FX(Ti), Al intensity FX(Al), and Fe intensity FX(Fe) obtained through quantitative analysis by performing fluorescent X-ray analysis on the surface of the steel sheet satisfy FX(Ti)/FX(Al)≧0.15 and FX(Ti)/FX(Fe)≧0.004, the frequency of crystal boundaries of secondary recrystallized grains in the direction orthogonal to the rolling direction is 20 grain boundaries/100 mm or less, the mean thickness of the forsterite base film t(Fo) and the thickness of the insulating tension coating t(C) satisfies t(Fo)/t(C)≧0.3, and magnetic domain refining treatment is performed by irradiation with a laser beam, plasma flame, or electron beam, a sufficient iron loss reducing effect is achieved in a range where coating detachment does not occur.

摘要: Provided is a wound core having a flat portion and corner portions adjacent to the flat portion, the flat portion including a lap portion, the corner portions including bent portions. A non-heat-resistant magnetic domain refined material is used for at least a part of the materials forming the wound core. Closure domains are formed in the non-heat-resistant magnetic domain refined material so as to extend in a direction intersecting a longitudinal direction of the non-heat-resistant magnetic domain refined material, an area of each of the closure domains in a cross section that is taken in the longitudinal direction being more than 7500 μm2. In the lap portion, the ratio of the number of lap joint portions having a lap length of from 3.0 mm to 30 mm to the total number of lap joint portions is 50% or more.
