    摘要: A vessel is adapted to perform subsea wellbore related operations including module handling and laying flexible pipeline, e.g. wellbore intervention. The vessel includes a hull with a moonpool and a stationary drilling mast adjacent said moonpool. The front side of the drilling mast is provided with vertical trolley rails along which—during module handling—a module handling trolley is movable. Further one or more tensioners are provided to engage a flexible pipeline, also being supported by the by the drilling mast. The tensioner frame of a tensioner is mounted pivotably about a vertical pivot axis to the drilling mast, such that the tensioner frame is pivotable between the pipeline laying configuration wherein the lower tensioner is provided in the module handling area and an open configuration wherein a vertical trolley path is unobstructed to allow module handling.

    摘要: A drill rig includes a drilling tower, a drill floor with a well center, a slip device arranged at the well center, a tubulars connection makeup and breaking device, and a top drive system. The top drive system includes a traveling carriage that is vertically mobile along vertical rails of the drilling tower by means of a vertical motion drive. The system also includes a top drive unit supported by the carriage and including a top drive motor and a rotary torque output member. The system further includes a tripping operation elevator adapted to be engaged with the drill string in order to perform tripping operations. The top drive unit and the tripping operation elevator are each mobile relative to the traveling carriage, and the top drive system is provided with actuators adapted to cause the relative motion of the top drive unit and of the tripping operation elevator so as to provide a drilling mode, a tripping mode and bypassing mode.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a marine pipelaying vessel for S-lay pipelaying an offshore pipeline and integrating one or more accessories into the pipeline, and a method for S-lay pipelaying wherein use is made of such a vessel. The vessel according to the invention comprises a hull (1) having a stinger end and a stinger (20) for guiding the launched pipeline in a curved pipeline trajectory, which stinger is pivotably connected to the hull, and an accessory handling J-lay tower (30) at the stinger end of the hull. The J-lay tower allows the pipeline and connected accessory to be laid in J-lay mode while connecting further pipe sections to the pipeline at least until the accessory has been lowered past below the retracted stinger. A stinger support assembly (15) is provided for supporting the stinger in a pipelay position, and for allowing movement of the stinger between the pipelay position and a steep downwardly pivoted retracted position by pivoting the stinger about its stinger pivot axis, wherein the stinger in the retracted position is away from the J-lay firing line.

    摘要: The invention relates to a marine pipeline installation tensioner (1) for use on a pipeline installation vessel. A tensioner according to the invention comprises a lower track unit (2), an upper track unit (3) and a tensioner frame (4). The tensioner frame comprises multiple tensioner frame supports (7), a lower support frame (5) supporting the lower track unit, an upper support frame (6) supporting the upper track unit, a set of lower support frame actuators (9) provided between the tensioner frame supports and the lower support frame, and a set of upper support frame actuators (10) provided between the lower support frame and the upper support frame and adapted to move the upper support frame relative to the lower support frame. According to the invention, the track units are positioned by positioning the tensioner frame sections (5, 6) of the tensioner frame, and not by positioning the track units (2, 3) relative to the tensioner frame. This allows for a more compact tensioner design.
