    摘要: The invention relates to a process for the dehydrogenation of a feedstock comprising ethanol, using at least one multitubular reactor advantageously comprising a plurality of tubes comprising at least one dehydrogenation catalyst, and a calender, said feedstock being introduced into the tubes in gas form, at an inlet temperature of greater than or equal to 240° C., a pressure between 0.1 and 1.0 MPa, and a WWH between 2 and 15 h−1, wherein a heat-transfer fluid circulates in said calender at a flow rate such that the weight ratio of said heat-transfer fluid relative to said feedstock is greater than or equal to 1.0, and such that said heat-transfer fluid is introduced into said calender in gas form at an inlet temperature of greater than or equal to 260° C. and at an inlet pressure of greater than or equal to 0.10 MPa, and less than or equal to 1.10 MPa, and leaves the calender at least partly in liquid form.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for treating, by reactive distillation, an olefinic feedstock comprising linear olefins containing n carbon atoms, and branched olefins, the branched olefins comprising tertiary branched olefins, for example a mixture of n-butenes and of tertiary branched olefins comprising isobutene, so as to produce an olefinic effluent with a mass content of tertiary branched olefin of less than or equal to 3% by weight and a heavy hydrocarbon effluent, said process comprising the feeding of a reactive distillation section with said olefinic feedstock and with an alcohol feedstock comprising a primary alcohol, said reactive distillation section comprising a column composed at least of an upper reflux zone into which is introduced said alcohol feedstock, comprising, for example, ethanol, an intermediate reaction zone comprising at least 6 reactive doublets, and a lower fractionation zone at the level of which said section is fed with said olefinic feedstock, said reactive distillation section being operated at a relative pressure of between 0.3 and 0.5 MPa, a column head temperature of between 40° C. and 60° C., with a reflux ratio of between 1.8 and 2.2.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for the steam cracking of a feedstock composed of at least 80% by weight, in particular of at least 90% by weight, of ethane, the process comprising a steam cracking of the feedstock in a furnace (2), then a quenching of the pyrolysis products, then a compression operation, then a series of successive operations on the products resulting from the quenching, the said series of operations comprising a washing operation, followed by a drying operation and at least one compression operation, and finally a fractionation by cryogenic distillation. A selective hydrogenation operation, followed by a catalytic conversion operation, will be inserted into the said process, after the drying operation and before the fractionation, in order to partially convert the ethylene predominantly into propylene.
