    摘要: A papermaking belt in which changes in surface properties of the resin layer upon use is suppressed, and a method for making the papermaking belt. Provided is a papermaking belt for use in a papermaking machine, including at least one resin layer including a resin, wherein the surface roughness after contacting the surface of the resin layer with a metal plate having a surface roughness equal to or less than 0.10 μm at a pressure of 100±3 kg/cm2 for 20 hours in warm water bathing at 70±5° C. is equal to or higher than 40% relative to the surface roughness of the surface of the resin layer in a wet state before the contact.

    摘要: A shoe press belt with excellent mechanical properties, in particular excellent wear resistance is provided, and a method of manufacturing the shoe press belt for use in a papermaking machine is also provided. The belt is constituted by a resin layer and includes an outer circumferential layer surface contacting a felt. The outer circumferential layer surface is formed with a surface-treated layer, in which part of the resin layer is modified by coating a composition including an isocyanate compound onto a semi-finished outer circumferential layer and by performing a curing treatment.

    摘要: A papermaking device may have excellent strength and suppressed unevenness in strength between its parts. Such a papermaking device may be used in papermaking machine and may include at least one resin layer comprising polyurethane resin. The polyurethane resin may be obtained by reacting a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group with a curing agent having an active hydrogen group. The urethane prepolymer may be obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate compound including 2,4-tolylene-diisocyanate and/or 2,6-tolylene-diisocyanate with a polyol compound including one or more polyether polycarbonate diol(s).

    摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a shoe press belt which exhibits improvement in mechanical characteristics such as crack resistance, wear resistance, delamination resistance and bending fatigue resistance, particularly in the surface wear resistance of the shoe press belt and the crack resistance of the bottom regions of water receiving parts. A shoe press belt which is produced by integrating a reinforcing substrate with a polyurethane layer including at least a felt-side layer and in which water-receiving parts are formed in the felt-side layer, wherein the polyurethane equivalent value of the second resin layer including the bottom regions of the water-receiving parts is adjusted so as to be larger than that of the first resin layer including a surface which is to be brought into contact with a felt.
