The reduction drive assembly includes an output hub and a planetary gear assembly. The planetary gear assembly includes a ring gear fixed to the output hub, a first stage sun gear coupled to and driven by the motor output shaft, a second stage sun gear, a planetary gear carrier engaged to the second stage sun gear, first stage planetary gears each of which is supported by a respective support pin of the planetary gear carrier and meshed with the first stage sun gear and the ring gear, carrier pins extending from a first end of the spindle, and second stage reduction gears each of which is rotationally mounted on a respective one of the carrier pins and is meshed with the second stage sun gear and the ring gear.

Two steered wheels, steered by a steering mechanism, are near the front of the vehicle and a single non-steered wheel is near the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle has a deck that houses rotatable cutting blades. Portions of the deck are positioned in front of and adjacent each side of the rear wheel. A first rotatable cutting blade is positioned adjacent a first side of the rear wheel and a second rotatable cutting blade is positioned adjacent the opposite side of the rear wheel. One or more additional cutting blades are positioned in front of the rear wheel.

    摘要: A clutch for driving a pair of output axles for a drive mechanism includes a driven clutch bevel gear mounted on a clutch shaft. A pair of clutch rings is disposed on opposite sides of the bevel gear and slidable along a clutch shaft, to selectively engage a pair of driven gears. A pair of clutch arms engages the clutch rings for moving each clutch ring between its engaged and disengaged positions, and a plurality of springs disposed along the clutch shaft biases the clutch rings to their respective engaged positions. The drive mechanism may include a mounting member having a running surface for a hydraulic motor, a pair of arms on opposite sides and extending away from the running surface, wherein the clutch shaft extends between and is supported by the pair of arms.

A pair of clutch assemblies using a plurality of gears may be engaged to the axle shafts to selectively engage and drive each axle shaft. Each clutch assembly uses a ring gear having planet gears running on a gear form, a planet carrier for the planet gears engaged to the axle shaft, a first clutch dog selectively engageable to a first engagement structure to prevent rotation of the ring gear; and a second clutch dog selectively engageable to a second engagement structure to prevent rotation of the planet carrier and thereby provide a braking force to the axle shaft.

The planetary gear assembly includes a sun gear coupled to an output shaft and disposed between the first and second gear carriers. The planetary gear assembly includes planet gears disposed around the sun gear between the first and second gear carriers. Each of the planet gears has a carrier pin. Each carrier pin is received by one of the first support openings and one of the second support openings to retain the planet gears between the first and second gear carriers.

    摘要: A hydrostatic drive includes a transmission having a pump and motor disposed on a center section, and a charge pump to provide fluid to a charge gallery. A power take off (PTO) driven by a prime mover includes a clutch assembly, solenoid valve, and PTO drive member driven by a prime mover input. When the solenoid valve is in a first position, fluid flows from the charge gallery to the clutch to connect the input with the PTO drive member, and when the solenoid valve is in a second position, fluid flows from the PTO mechanism to the sump to disengage the PTO drive member from the input. A filter may be disposed on a land on the center section and seated in a filter pocket in the housing. The filter engages with a bottom surface of the filter pocket to maintain a seal against the land.
