Abstract: A method includes: triggering, by a terminal device, a scheduling request (SR); in response to determining that a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) carrying the SR and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) carrying a first data packet overlap in time domain of a first uplink resource and a processing status of the PUSCH on the first uplink resource is processing completed, sending, based on the processing status of the PUSCH on the first uplink resource, the PUCCH on an overlapping time domain resource. According to the method, when the PUCCH carrying the SR and the PUSCH overlap in time domain of the first uplink resource, the terminal device considers the processing status of the PUSCH on the first uplink resource, and may determine, based on the processing status of the PUSCH on the first uplink resource, to send the PUCCH or the PUSCH on the overlapping time domain resource.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a communication method and apparatus. The method includes: A first terminal performs integrity protection verification on a received RRC message; and when the integrity protection verification fails, an RRC layer of the first terminal sends a first indication and an identifier of a second terminal to an application layer of the first terminal, where the first indication and the identifier of the second terminal are used by the application layer to disconnect a unicast connection between the first terminal and the second terminal. Based on this solution, when the integrity protection verification performed by the first terminal on the received message fails, the RRC layer of the first terminal may report the first indication and the identifier of the second terminal to the application layer, to trigger the application layer to disconnect the unicast connection between the first terminal and the second terminal.

Abstract: This application relates to the field of communication technologies, and discloses a communication method and apparatus. The method includes: A terminal device receives first indication information from an access network device. The first indication information indicates time-frequency positions of M transmission opportunities, an amount of data that can be carried on each of the M transmission opportunities matches a data amount of a first-type video frame, and the data amount of the first-type video frame is less than a data amount of a second-type video frame. The M transmission opportunities include a first transmission opportunity, the first transmission opportunity corresponds to a first video frame, and M is a positive integer. If the first video frame belongs to the second-type video frame, the terminal device sends the first video frame to the access network device on a second transmission opportunity. An amount of data that can be carried on the second transmission opportunity matches the data amount of the second-type video frame. In this way, a problem that an amount of data that can be carried on a transmission opportunity does not match a data amount of a video frame is effectively resolved, and the access network device and the terminal device can transmit a video frame in a semi-static scheduling manner.
