    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a data transmission method, a device, and a system, relates to the communications field, and can resolve a prior-art problem that a receive end cannot correctly receive data because a starting moment of sending information on a license-exempt spectrum cannot be determined. A specific solution is as follows: A first device detects first information of a first serving cell in a preset time period of a first subframe on a first time resource or a first time set of a subframe on a first time resource, determines a starting position of a second time resource according to the first information, and detects second information of the first serving cell in a second time set of a subframe on the second time resource. The present disclosure is used for data transmission.

    Abstract: A terminal (e.g. user equipment (UE)) receives signal sending indication information that is sent by an access network device for an uplink subframe, where the signal sending indication information is used to instruct the terminal to send a sounding reference signal SRS in a first symbol of the uplink subframe, and/or used to instruct the terminal to send a PUSCH in a symbol that is included in a second symbol set of the uplink subframe. The terminal sends an SRS and/or a PUSCH in the uplink subframe based on the signal sending indication information.

    Abstract: This application provides a method for sending uplink information in a wireless communication system that supports various services such as ultra-reliable and low latency communications (URLLC). A terminal device receives a timing advance coefficient from a network device. The terminal device determines value of a first timing advance based on a first time length and the timing advance coefficient. The first time length is one of at least two different time lengths that are supported by the terminal device. The terminal device sends the uplink information to the network device based on the first timing advance. With this method, the terminal device can uses different timing advances in different scenarios, so that diversified requirements of the fifth generation (5G) mobile communication systems for uplink synchronization are satisfied.

    Abstract: A power control method and apparatus for an uplink control channel are provided. The method includes: determining, by user equipment, to send first uplink control information on a first PUCCH and in a subframe i; determining transmit power for sending the first uplink control information on the first PUCCH and in the subframe i. In the embodiments of the present invention, the transmit power is determined by using a sum of a base power adjustment value and any one of a first power adjustment value determined according to a quantity of bits of the first uplink control information. Therefore, a method for determining the transmit power is provided.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an uplink transmission method, a base station and a user equipment. The method includes: receiving uplink split information sent by a first base station, wherein the uplink split information is used for instructing a second base station to receive data in buffers corresponding to N1 logic channel groups of a user equipment, the N1 logic channel groups are determined by the first base station from a BSR sent by the UE, and N1 is a positive integer larger than 0; determining N2 logic channel groups from the N1 logic channel groups, wherein N2 is a non-negative integer smaller than or equal to N1; and sending feedback information to the first base station, wherein the feedback information is used for indicating the determined result. In an embodiment of the present invention, a flexibility of the uplink transmission is improved.
