Abstract: A TOE component obtains a first storage address, where the first storage address is an address of a first storage block in a memory, the first storage block stores a target TCP packet, and the target TCP packet includes a packet header and a TCP payload. The TOE component obtains the packet header from the first storage block based on the first storage address. The TOE component performs TCP-related protocol processing based on the packet header, where the TCP payload is not read out of the first storage block by the TOE component when the TOE component performs TCP-related protocol processing based on the packet header.

Abstract: The present invention provides a live video transmission method and system and an apparatus. According to the method, an M2U device receives a UDP request sent by a client, where the UDP request includes a live channel identifier and is used to request video data of a live channel corresponding to the live channel identifier, and the live channel identifier includes a multicast address or a URL. Then, the M2U device obtains the video data corresponding to the live channel identifier, and obtains a source IP address and a source port of the UDP request, where the source IP address and the source port of the UDP request are used as a destination IP address and a destination port of a UDP unicast packet to be subsequently sent to the client.

An over the top (OTT) live proxy server device includes a processor and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing instructions for allocating a multicast resource to a specified channel according to a media description and resource allocation indication of the channel instructing the OTT live proxy server to allocate the multicast resource to the specified channel, the media description including at least one resolution of the specified channel and a uniform resource locator corresponding to resolution media data, and the multicast resource including a multicast group corresponding to the specified channel, obtaining, from an OTT server to which the specified channel belongs according to the media description of the specified channel, the resolution media data, converting the media data into multicast media data, and sending the multicast media data to the multicast group in a multicast manner.
