    Abstract: This application provides a direct link data transmission method, a terminal device, and a network device. The method includes: receiving, by a first terminal device, first configuration information sent by a network device, where the first configuration information includes information about a transmission resource set, and the transmission resource set is a transmission resource set shared between a second terminal device that uses a centralized scheduling transmission mode and a third terminal device that uses a distributed transmission mode; detecting, by the first terminal device, a load level of a resource unit in the transmission resource set based on the information about the transmission resource set; and sending, by the first terminal device, report information to the network device based on the load level, where the report information includes information about an occupied resource unit and/or information about an available resource unit in the transmission resource set. A transmission resource allocated to the first terminal device can be prevented from colliding with a transmission resource of another terminal device, so that communication quality of a terminal device and user experience is improved.

    Abstract: This application provides a service data transmission method and apparatus, and the method includes: obtaining first configuration information, where the first configuration information includes a first service feature parameter and a first resource parameter corresponding to the first service feature parameter; obtaining to-be-sent service data and a second service feature parameter corresponding to the to-be-sent service data; determining, based on the first service feature parameter, the second service feature parameter, and the first resource parameter, a second resource parameter for transmitting the to-be-sent service data; selecting, based on the second resource parameter, an available resource for transmitting the to-be-sent service data; and transmitting the to-be-sent service data by using the available resource. In this way, the service feature parameter of the service data is considered while the available resource is determined, to determine the resource parameter based on the service feature parameter, thereby better satisfying a delay requirement of a low-delay service.

    Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: obtaining, by a terminal, information used to indicate a first condition; obtaining to-be-transmitted data; and when the first condition is met, sending, by the terminal over a sidelink, the to-be-transmitted data that is on a first logical channel by using a first carrier frequency and the to-be-transmitted data that is on a second logical channel by using a second carrier frequency. In this method, the same data is sent, over the sidelink, on different carrier frequencies by using two logical channels, and a receiving device can receive the same duplicate data, thereby improving data transmission reliability.

    Abstract: This application provides a direct link-based data transmission method and apparatus, and a terminal, and relates to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: obtaining configuration information that includes at least one carrier identifier and a load threshold corresponding to the at least one carrier identifier; selecting, based on a load capacity of each first transmission carrier and the load threshold corresponding to the first transmission carrier, at least one transmission carrier from all the first transmission carriers as a second transmission carrier, where each first transmission carrier corresponds to one carrier identifier; and transmitting direct link data on the second transmission carrier. In this application, the load threshold is set for the transmission carrier, so that the transmission carrier can be selected based on the load capacity of the transmission carrier and the corresponding load threshold, thereby improving data transmission quality.
