Abstract:
The present application discloses a method for creating a Media Access Control MAC entity, including: obtaining, by a wireless communications device, an identity of a subband used to transmit to-be-transmitted data and an identity of a to-be-created MAC entity, where the wireless communications device is a network device or user equipment; creating the MAC entity according to the identity of the to-be-created MAC entity, where the MAC entity is used to schedule the to-be-transmitted data onto the subband indicated by the identity of the subband; and setting a scheduling period of the to-be-created MAC entity to be consistent with a transmission time interval TTI of the subband.
Abstract:
The present disclosure proposes a user resource reservation method and apparatus, an access point, and a network server. The user resource reservation method includes: predicting a next access point that is to be reached by a user; and sending resource reservation designating information to the access point, so that the access point reserves a resource for the user according to the resource reservation designating information. In embodiments of the present disclosure, a next access point that is to be reached by a user is predicted and the access point is instructed to reserve a resource for the user, that is, a next access point is instructed in advance to reserve an appropriate resource for the user, so that the user is successfully handed over to a network, and a probability of successful handover of the user to the network increases, thereby improving user experience.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a data transmission method, a network device, and a terminal, and pertains to the field of communications technologies. In the present disclosure, a query request sent by a second terminal is received; address information of a first terminal is obtained from a pre-stored correspondence among a terminal identifier, an application identifier, and address information based on the terminal identifier of the first terminal and an application identifier of an application; and the address information of the first terminal is sent to the second terminal. The query request that is sent by the second terminal and that carries the terminal identifier of the first terminal and the application identifier is received, and the address information of the first terminal is determined and returned based on the pre-stored correspondence among a terminal identifier, an application identifier, and address information.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a terminal background application management method, including: detecting a running status of each of applications running in the background of a terminal; selecting a first target application from the applications, where a running status of the first target application is a preset running status; and allocating a first processing resource to the first target application, where the first processing resource is greater than a second processing resource that is pre-allocated to the applications in the background of the terminal.
Abstract:
A sub-band scheduling method, including: sending, to a base station on a source sub-band, a first message that carries information about a data attribute requirement of to-be-transmitted data, where the information about the data attribute requirement includes at least one of the following: a transmission delay, a transmission delay type, a data bandwidth requirement, or a packet loss sensitivity; receiving, on the source sub-band, a second message that carries sub-band information of a target sub-band, where the target sub-band is a sub-band that is scheduled by the base station and that meets the data attribute requirement of the to-be-transmitted data, and the sub-band information includes at least one of the following: a sub-band number, a sub-band frequency channel number, a timing advance, an uplink resource allocated by the base station, a sub-band sending power level, or a bandwidth; and transmitting data on the target sub-band according to the sub-band information.
Abstract:
The present application discloses a subband switching method, including: determining, by a network device, a target subband to which user equipment is to switch; sending, by the network device, identification information of the target subband to the user equipment; determining configuration information of the target subband according to the identification information of the target subband; and switching, by the user equipment, to the target subband according to the configuration information of the target subband. In the subband switching method provided in embodiments of the present application, switching between subbands can be implemented, so that when the UE has a subband switching requirement, the user equipment can be instructed to switch to a target subband. Therefore, service quality of the UE is improved.
Abstract:
The disclosure provides a method and a communications device for transmitting information. The method includes: determining a quantity N of padding bits according to a quantity M of effective information bits included in a code block and a quantity L of effective input ports of a polar code encoder, where M and L are positive integers, and N is a difference between L and M; determining input bits that are to be input into the polar code encoder, where the input bits include the M effective information bits and the N padding bits; inputting, according to a mapping relationship between the L effective input ports and the input bits, the input bits into the polar code encoder through the L effective input ports to perform coding, so as to obtain coded bits; and transmitting the coded bits.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method and a relevant apparatus for achieving localized roaming of a mobile terminal. In the present invention, the mobile terminal sends real SIM card information to apply for a virtual SIM card to obtain a corresponding mobile terminal number of a roaming region, and registers user information to activate the virtual SIM card to serve as a calling party or a called party, so as to set up a called communication connection of a real SIM card. The mobile terminal applies for a virtual SIM card from a communication network of a roaming country to obtain a corresponding mobile terminal number of the roaming region through allocation, so that the user does not need to purchase a new SIM card in the roaming region, thereby saving the charges for purchasing the SIM card, ensuring a convenient operation and satisfying the demand of the user.
