Abstract: A vehicle includes a frame, a utility bed, a seat, and a locking device. The utility bed includes a bed frame and is pivotally coupled with the frame between a hauling position and a dumping position. The seat includes a seat back that is pivotally coupled with the bed frame between a stowed position and a deployed position. The locking device is coupled with the bed frame and includes a latch. The latch is moveable relative to both the bed frame and the seat back, between a lock position and an unlock position. When the seat back is in the stowed position, the latch is in the unlock position and disengaged from the frame. When the seat back is in the deployed position and the utility bed is in the hauling position, the latch is in the lock position and engaged with the frame.
