Abstract: There are provided a sample conveyance system and a sample conveyance method capable of conveying a sample in a more stable manner than in the related art corresponding to a conveyance method using an electromagnetic actuator. A driving unit 208 applies a first voltage to a first coil 207a located on a front side in a traveling direction of a holder 202, which is selected to attract or repel the holder 202, to excite the first coil 207a and applies a second voltage having a polarity opposite to a polarity of the first voltage to at least one or more of second coils 207b among coils 207 adjacent to the first coil 207a except for the coils 207 in the front side in the traveling direction to excite the second coil 207b, and a control unit 210A estimates a position of the holder 202 based on a value of a current flowing through a winding 206 of the first coil 207a.

Abstract: A transport device includes: a calculation unit 40 configured to estimate a position of a transport container 20 based on a current value detected by a current detection unit 30; and a storage unit 45 configured to store a current change amount for each of a plurality of magnetic poles 25 when a pulse voltage of a fixed value is applied to respective coils 21 of the plurality of magnetic poles 25 in a state where a permanent magnetic 10 is not on a transport surface. The calculation unit 40 estimates the position of the transport container 20 based on a deviation between a current change amount of a coil 21 acquired at a time of detecting the position of the transport container 20 and the current change amount of the corresponding coil 21 in the state where the permanent magnetic 10 is not present, which is stored in the storage unit 45. This configuration provides a transport device capable of detecting a position of a sample transport carrier with high sensitivity without using a container carrier detection device, and an analysis system including the transport device.

Abstract: The invention provides a conveyance device having a smaller loss of a winding than that of a related art while increasing thrust for conveying a body to be conveyed, and a specimen analysis system and a specimen pretreatment device including the same. A conveyance device 1 includes: a permanent magnet 10 provided on the side of a specimen rack 111; teeth 22 formed of a second magnetic body; and a winding 21 wound around the side of an outer periphery of the teeth 22, wherein a cross-sectional area of a cross section of a part of the teeth facing the permanent magnet 10 is larger than that of other parts thereof. Alternatively, the conveyance device 1 includes: the permanent magnet 10 provided on the side of the specimen rack 111; the teeth 22 formed of the second magnetic body; and the winding 21 wound around the side of the outer periphery of the teeth 22, wherein a gap Lc between the permanent magnet 10 and the winding 21 and a gap Lt between permanent magnet 10 and the teeth 22 satisfy a relationship of Lc>Lt.

Abstract: A transport device and a transport method efficiently increase a thrust to suppress power consumption. The magnetic circuit has first and second magnetic circuits, and in a case where the first magnetic body is located on a side of the second magnetic circuit relative to a first predetermined position between the first magnetic circuit and the second magnetic circuit, the drive circuit supplies a current to a winding of the first magnetic circuit in such a manner to cause an electromagnetic repulsive force to be generated between the first magnetic body and the first magnetic circuit.

Abstract: Provided is a conveyance device that conveys a conveyance object having a magnetic body, the conveyance device including: a plurality of coils configured to generate magnetic flux acting on the magnetic body; a coil driving unit configured to apply a voltage to each of the plurality of coils; and a calculation control unit including a current control unit and a position estimation unit. The current control unit determines the voltage. The position estimation unit estimates a position of the conveyance object based on a change in a current generated by applying a voltage pulse to the coils and switches, according to a position estimation value that indicates the position of the conveyance object estimated by the position estimation unit, between a speed control mode in which a speed of the conveyance object is controlled and a current control mode in which a current through the coils is controlled. Accordingly, in the conveyance device that has a function of estimating the position of the conveyance object based on information on the current flowing through winding wires of the coils, it is possible to implement stable conveyance speed control even in a section in which accuracy for estimating the position or speed of the conveyance object is low.

Abstract: To prevent liquid sloshing caused by switching a coil to be energized in a transport device. A transport device that transports an object to be transported provided with a magnetic body, the transport device includes: a plurality of coils configured to generate a thrust for transporting the object to be transported; a coil drive unit configured to apply a pulsed voltage to each of the plurality of coils; and a calculation unit. When switching a coil to be energized, the calculation unit determines a width of the pulsed voltage such that a speed or an acceleration of the object to be transported is stabilized based on a position of the object to be transported and a time at which the object to be transported passes through the position or a current flowing through an energized coil in a predetermined period before switching the coil to be energized, and outputs the determined width to the coil drive unit.
