    摘要： A lower mold attachment plate, on the upper surface of which the fixed mold half is attached, is fixed to a machine base. An upper mold attachment plate, to which the movable mold half is attached in opposite to the fixed mold half, is movable upwardly and downwardly by mold moving cylinders. A rotary disc, which has plural injection cylinder insertion holes in the same circle in vertical alignment with plural injection cylinder insertion holes of the upper mold attachment plate, is rotatably pivoted on the upper surface of the upper mold attachment plate. Plural injection units arranged over the rotary disc in predetermined distances along the circle are joined with the rotary disc as a unit. As the rotary disc is rotated to a divided angular position, a slide fastener chain is conveyed along the extension of the chain travelling path, by a predetermined length at every injection molding by means of chain conveyer.

    摘要： In a reinforcing-film applying apparatus for use in production of separable slide fasteners, there are a first working station where a shaping die and a coacting ultrasonic horn are located, and a second working station where a heating die and a coacting heating punch are located, the first and second working stations being spaced apart remotely from one another along a longitudinal path of a slide fastener chain. When one of successive pairs of blank tape portions arrives at the first working station, a reinforcing film piece is placed on the fastener chain across the pair of blank tape portions, whereupon the shaping die and the ultrasonic horn are moved toward one another to fuse the reinforcing film piece to the pair of blank tape portions only at their inner marginal areas and also to shape such fused marginal portions so as to provide therealong a pair of pin-like members to which a pin and a box of a separable bottom end stop are to be attached. After that, when the pair of blank tape portions with the reinforcing film piece partially fused thereto arrives at the second station as the fastener chain is further moved along the path, the heating die and punch are moved toward one another to apply pressure and heat to the pair of blank tape portions and the reinforcing film piece thereon at their superposed areas except at the pin-like members.

    摘要： A rack for storing a plurality of spools with elongated strips wound therearound comprises a box-like frame including a pair of parallel spaced plates; a plurality of partitions, each of which has on one of its surfaces a support axle for rotatably and releasably holding the spool; and means for releasably fastening the partitions in a parallel spaced relation to each other between the plates.The rack further includes elongated lock plates which have slots and notches formed in and arranged at uniform intervals longitudinally of the elongated lock plates. The lock plates are attached to the rack by pins protruding through the slots for slidably holding the lock plate to a front surface of the rack.
