摘要: The attaching/removing workability of the collecting vessel of a conditioning apparatus with respect to a port block is increased. A primary-side port and a secondary-side port are formed in a port block 13, and a female screw part 27 that is screwed to a male screw part 23 is provided to the collecting vessel 24 that is mounted to the port block 13. An annular lock member 31 is mounted to the opening end of the collecting vessel 24 so as to be movable in the axial direction. A tongue piece 38 that presses the annular lock member 31 towards the outside in the axial direction of the collecting vessel 24 is provided to the inside of the annular lock member 31. A movable-side engagement part 41 that engages a fixed-side engagement part 42 of the port block 13 when the collecting vessel 24 is rotated to a position of fastening completion is provided to the annular lock member 31.

摘要: This filter is used to purify air by removing foreign matters such as liquid droplets contained in the air. A separation unit (23) is formed with a port block (13) and a separation cylinder (20), and the port block is formed with a primary port (11) and a secondary port (12). From the secondary port (12), the air purified by removing the foreign matters in a separation chamber (25) of the separation unit (23) is flowed out. A discharge pipe (37) for guiding the purified air to the secondary port (12) is disposed in a center portion of a swirl flow generating chamber (24). The foreign matters discharged from the discharging port (31) are collected in a collection container (27). In the collection container (27), a baffle plate 51 having a liquid guiding surface (50) is provided. A fin (52) is provided in an outer peripheral portion of the baffle plate (51), and the liquid guiding surface (50) positioned at a center portion of the baffle plate (51) is flat.

摘要: This swirl flow generator is used to purify air by removing foreign matters such as liquid droplets and dusts contained in the air. A cylindrical blade portion (34) is arranged in a swirl flow generating chamber (24) through which the air flows in the axial direction, and the air flowed in the axial direction along the blades (35) is radially jetted toward inside of the cylindrical blade portion (34) to form swirl flow. The air supplied into the swirl flow generating chamber (24) in the axial direction is guided by the closing lid portion (38) toward the inflow-side end surface of the cylindrical blade portion (34). The air flow downward from the outside of the cylindrical blade portion (34) is prevented by the annular base portion (33).

摘要: This filter is used for purifying air by removing foreign matters such as liquid droplets contained in the air. A separation unit is formed by a primary port, a port block to which a secondary port is formed, and a separation cylinder attached to the port block. Inside a swirl flow generating chamber of the separation unit, a cylinder blade portion formed by arranging a plurality of blades, which are extended in an axial direction along an inner peripheral surface and also inclined in a circumferential direction, in a cylindrical form is provided. The air flowed into the swirl flow generating chamber is caused to be a swirl flow by the cylindrical blade portion and foreign matters such as liquid droplets are discharged toward a collection container in a separation chamber. The purified air is guided from a discharge pipe to the secondary port.
