摘要: The present invention relates to a relay device enabling efficient management of a voice message and a caller to wait for transmission of the voice message in a short time. The relay device is located at a boundary between an existing telephone network and an IP network, converts and relays a voice signal and an IP packet. The relay device comprises a receiving unit receiving voice source data into which a voice message is digitized, a packet processing unit converting the received voice source data into a voice source data packet as the IP packet, a storage unit storing the converted voice source data packets, and a transmitting unit transmitting, when transmitting a designated voice message to a designated destination, the voice source data packet corresponding to the designated voice message among the stored voice source data packets.

摘要: The present invention provides a method of high speed assemble process capable of dealing with long packets with effective buffer memories usage. A processing method of fragmented packets in packet transfer equipment for transmitting and receiving packet data between terminals through network, includes, receiving fragmented packets, identifying whether the received packet is a packet fragmented into two from original, or a packet fragmented into three or more, for the packet identified as fragmented into two, storing the two fragmented packets into assembly buffer in fragmentation order, on basis of the respective offset values in the packets, and reading out from top, and for the packet fragmented into three or more, chain-connecting the assembly buffers and storing the packets therein in reception order, reading out the packets after deciding the order by comparing chain information and offset values of the fragmented packets within the chain, and then reassembling the packets.

摘要: A communication apparatus is configured to include first and second cards, and a card-to-card link connecting the cards. Each card is communicably connected to another communication apparatus through a route connected to the card. One of the cards is determined to be a primary card that controls data transmission between the communication apparatus and another communication apparatus, and the other card is determined to be a secondary card controlled by the primary card. The primary card establishes a primary data-path for transmitting primary data, using one of the first and second routes connected to the primary card. The primary card further establishes a secondary data-path for transmitting secondary data, using the card-to-card link, the secondary card, and the other one of the first and second routes connected to the secondary card.

摘要: An electronic component mounting configuration in which an electronic component chip having a plurality of protrusion-shaped electrodes distributed on its entire mounting surface is mounted through protrusion-shaped electrodes on a printed circuit board is provided which is capable of improving reliability of an electronic component by relieving thermal stress. The solder bumps are arranged so that intervals between solder bumps adjacent to one another become smaller from a central portion of a mounting surface of the electronic component chip toward the peripheral portion thereof. For example, an interval between the solder bump “1A” arranged in the central portion of the semiconductor chip and the solder bump “1B” arranged in an outer side thereof, adjacent to each other, is set to a pitch of P1. An interval between the solder bump “1B” and the solder bump “1C” formed arranged in an outer side thereof, adjacent to each other, is set to a pitch of P2 and an interval between the solder bump “1C” and the solder bump “1D” formed arranged in an outer side thereof, adjacent to each other, is set to a pitch of P3 (P1>P2>P3).
